From the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Richie they are the best group of dental care that I could ask for. I am very happy with this dental office. The hygienist Quinn is extremely gentle on my mouth.

August 2023 Courteous and attentive staff. Competent. They take time to listen to what I need and respond well. Glad they don't oversell services and treatments. Clean and hygienic environment. Dr. Chan is a good dentist who explains clearly about the condition of my teeth, and he knows his craft. Satisfied with my visit last week Visited him two months later September 2023 for toothache and he accommodated with a very quick appointment. Appreciate Very the promptness and helpful treatment. Referred me to endodontist for root canal and hoping for good results. Very satisfied

Dr. Chan is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend him. He has been caring for my mom for the past 5 months and has given her smile back to her! As she ages she's been losing teeth and he's been able to add teeth to her existing partial to give her a complete smile! He's extremely patient and explains everything clearly.

I had to have an extraction prior to an implant, the Specialist could not see me for two weeks. I notified Dr. Chan that the pain was very noticeable and more than likely it would become unbearable if I had to wait for my appointment with the Specialist. Dr. Chan made room in his busy schedule and fit me in within hours of notifying him. Tooth has been extracted and all the preparatory work done prior to the implant, thanks to Dr. Chan and his assistant. Allan

Having gone through the Invisalign process, my bit has changed. Not knowing what a correct bit was, I now know! My bit is spot on. Gone are the days of biting multiple times. Cleaning and flossing...effortlessly.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Chan. An easy 5 star review. Friendly staff, well maintained facilities, and top notch dentistry. I especially love how transparent they are with the cost of procedures, showing you up front what proposed work cost prior to insurance adjustment. I trust them to provide first rate, necessary care. (No upselling of optional care or surprise charges...)

Going to the dentist is never fun, however since I started going to Dr. Ricci Chans office I have been able to be consistent in my dental health. I have nothing but great things to say, everyone at the office is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. 10/10

Dr. Ricci Chan is a terrific dentist. 5 stars for his expertise, professionalism, and great support staff. No need to put your preventative dental appointments on hold during COVID as long as Dr. Ricci Chan is your dental professional. Dr. Chan has implemented stringent COVID protocols in his office for staff and patients to follow. After my cleaning, Dr. Chan took the time to discuss the science behind his decisions for his dental practice to make its way through the pandemic. Nothing like science based information to build confidence.

Dr. Chan and his team is great! Dr. Chan has done several very delicate works on my teeth over the past few years. I'm mostly appreciated to Dr. Chan's transparency, that he always explains complicated structures in details so that I know different options and the works he helps me with on my teeth. All in all, Dr. Chan truly cares about his patients and always thinks from patients angle and applys the best practices/solutions! I would recommend Dr. Chan and his team to everyone.
