As a dentist I have been treating patients for over 20 years, and I still genuinely enjoy what I do! The friendships Ive made with my patients and their families over the years means a lot to me, and it is my goal to always treat patients as if they are an extension of my own family.

Everything was good until today. We had good experiences with the staff or service until today. Per the dentist in our new area, we were told that one of the crowns and fillings done weren't done correctly and must be redone. Insurance will not pay for the new work as they had already paid for it to be done once. We are having to pay a couple thousand out of pocket. We live in a new area so going back was not an option.

Dr. Puelicher is the best dentist I've ever been to and I have had a lot of work done on my teeth. He is so kind and best of all painless. Debi his assistant is just as kind and I honestly love going to the dentist. Also Georgia and Nicole are always there to greet you with the sweetest smiles. Hands down the absolute best customer service I have ever received in a dental office! I have had so many bad experiences in the past and have avoided dentists for fear of more bad experiences and judgement. While I was still extremely anxious, I completely trusted everyone in that office to take great care of me. The staff could not be more friendly and the doctor was attentive, sweet and reassuring the whole time. I will be looking into switching my children's dental care to them as well as anyone I know who needs a dentist. This place has been a life saver for me and my poor neglected teeth. 5 stars is not enough!

I went in to Dr. Puelicher for a cleaning and check up recently and was treated very kindly. The care given was excellent and Dr. Puelicher was very helpful and answerd most of my questions about treatment he recommended for 1 tooth. The office staff is very helpful and polite as well. Nice clean office!

I have had a fear of the dentist my while life and finally went in because I needed a new front tooth. Left not fearing the dentist anymore realizing not all dentist blame amd shame you for your oral health like all my past dentist experiences. Honestly made me happy to be smiling again and excited to go back! That's never happened to me before. 100% recommend to anyone having dental issues.
