Dr. Anthony Marra was born and raised in Fairmont, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University, where he majored in biology and minored in communications and history from 2002-2006. After undergraduate studies, he attended West Virginia School of Dentistry from 2006-2010 where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Layne graduated Magna Cum Laude as a biology major from West Virginia University. He then attended West Virginia University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2008.

My name is Dana and I have been practicing dental hygiene for over 35 years. I completed my dental hygiene studies at Guilford Technical Community College in 1984 and subsequently earned my Bachelors Degree in Health Education from North Carolina State University in 1990.

Hello! My name is Nichole. I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at CPCC in 2013 and I have been practicing ever since! I joined Huntersville Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in April of 2016 and I could not ask for a better work family!

My name is Janelle. I was born and raised in Southern Oregon. My husband and I moved to Charlotte 8 years ago. We have a 10 month old daughter and 2 English bulldogs. I enjoy cooking, gardening, wine, and all things bulldogs.

Dr. Marra is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations. He is an advocate for proper dental care in under-served third-world countries. He has traveled to Central and South America on dental and Medical missions brigades. In 2009, Dr. Marra traveled to Guatemala as a dental student. In 2013, Dr. Marra married his wife Aundrea Lynn Marra, MD who is an OB/GYN in the Huntersville area. They have 3 children, twins (Antonio and Arabella born in 2015) and a son (Adrian born in 2017) Dr. Marra is an active member American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Prosthodontic Society, and SPEAR continuing education curriculum. Dr. Marra Enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and golfing.

Dr. Layne grew up in Charleston, West Virginia where his grandfather was a dentist for 30 years. He went to his grandfathers basement for check ups throughout his younger life and developed a passion for becoming a dentist. He graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Biology major from West Virginia University. He then attended West Virginia School of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2008.

Dr. Layne devotes himself to continuing education and has received advanced training in many aspects of dentistry. He enjoys improving smiles while maintaining an honest and comprehensive approach to oral healthcare. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and participates in the Spear Education curriculum.

Dr. Layne served in the Chicago area for twelve and a half years prior to relocating to North Carolina to be closer to family and enjoy the beautiful state. He has been happily married for four years and enjoys hiking, biking, sports, and spending time with family, friends, and his familys two dogs.

I have worked primarily in the area of general dentistry but have also enjoyed working in oral surgery and pediatric dentistry as well. My husband and I are North Carolina natives and raised our three children here in Huntersville. We love the LKN area and all it has to offer. Being a part of Huntersville Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is a wonderful experience and Im excited to be here as we grow to meet the needs of our patients.
