For our patients that are truly nervous, we offer Nitrous Oxide or Valium. We provide soothing music and/or television viewing. Pillows are also available upon request for maximum relief reassurance.
Dr. Bae graduated in 2008 from NYU College of Dentistry where she was enrolled in the accelerated 7 year BADDS program. She went on to further her education with a one year general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ.
Upon completion of her residency program, she was asked to return as an attending faculty at the hospital. She is currently an attending medical staff at Hackensack Meridian Health where she teaches and oversees dental residents.

Pat as she is affectionately known among all patients, has been with the practice for more than 35 years with Drs. Wakai, Stamler and now with Dr. Bae. She graduated with Associates in Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from New York Technical College in Brooklyn, NY.
Pat is passionate about dental education and health care. She is an extraordinary individual who truly cares for patients as if they were family. She strives to always educate the patient and help the patient feel as comfortable as possible in the dental setting. Pat is up-to-date with continuing education courses and provides a full spectrum of dental treatments such as: perform scaling root planings, apply sealants, apply desensitizing agent, apply fluoride, take alginate impressions, fabricate night-guards/bleaching trays/mouth-guards, do chairside whitening, perform prophylaxis, take vital signs, examine soft and hard tissues of the head, neck and oral cavity, take dental x-rays, and more. She can also provide extra comfort using Oraqix and topical gel.
Before joining us, she had a 51-year work career that began with a 25-year stint with Federated Stores as an Assistant Accounts Payable Manager. She then spent the next 26 years working in two Boards of Education6 years at Pequannock Township and 20 years at West Milford.

I sold my practice to Dr Bae more than 7 years ago and I am continually shown I made the best decision! Year after year, Rebecca and Pat care for my family and friends as if they are their own. My mom had a terrible toothache today... and her daughter.. the dentist is in Florida so I can't treat her like I would love too... so Pat got her an appointment immediately and DrBae made sure my mom got the necessary treatment today!! As always, they both went above and beyond... I am eternally grateful and know that Dr Wakai would more than approve also!!

My whole family sees Dr. Bae and we have had nothing but great experiences with her and her very welcoming and accommodating staff. Dr. Bae is trustworthy, honest, and a perfectionist - great qualities to have in a cosmetic dentist! She discovered an issue with a tooth in another family member that a previous dentist missed, and fixed it without any complications. I also got generic Invisalign done through her and she tweaked the treatment plan until it was perfect, without me even having to ask. My results came out great and I had no issues with attachments falling off, sensitivity upon removal of attachments, or any of the other horror stories you sometimes read about. Everything went great and I would highly recommend her!

My family and I LOVE Dr. Bae and all the staff! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Bae is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything to the patient to make you feel more at ease. She caught some things that previous dentists did not because she takes the time and truly cares for the patients. So happy that we found her and I'm actually not scared to go to the dentist anymore!

She has been my dentist for over 5 years. She is so knowledgeable in her field and is continually striving to learn more for her patients. The staff is welcoming and caring to each and every patient. I would recommend her practice without hesitation. I, like most everyone, is apprehensive and nervous at the dentist. Somehow that dissipates when I enter that office! love them!!

How can you tell whether a restaurant serves superb food? Answer: when you see other chefs eating there. Being a dentist myself, Dr. Bae is the only other Dentist in this world I'd let work on my teeth. She's gentle, thorough, and has excellent skills set. She uses all of the new and state of the art technologies. Dr. Bae and her staff really care about their patients. They go out of their way to keep you comfortable with minimal pain. Would highly recommend Dr. Bae to any patients.
