Dr. Tom Finn is a UMASS Amherst Grad and a 1981 graduate of Tufts University Dental School. He has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire since that time. Dr. Finn hales from Chelmsford, Massacusetts and grew up spending summers on Lake Winnipesaukee with his family and has loved the NH Lakes Region his entire life. He was fortunate in 1981 to purchase the long established and respected Laconia practice of Dr. Roland P. Leahy, allowing himthe privilege tolive, work, and play in this beautiful area.Dr. Finn lives in Laconia with his wife Ellen, who is the practice manager. Dr Finn & Ellen have 3 children, all of whom have sought careers as health professionals. Tommy, with MD and MBA degrees from Dartmouth College, is a recently graduated fellow in Gastroenterology from Duke University hospital, in Durham , NC. and is working in private practice in Nashville, TN. He resides there with his wife, Dr Avni Finn, and their daughter, Oleana and son, Riaan. Kiirsten, is a DMD graduate from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed a dental residency in Portland, Maine in 2015. In August 2015 she achieved her life long goal and joined her father, Dr. Tom Finn in the practice of dentistry at Finn & Finn Beautiful Smiles. She resides in Laconia with her husband Tom, and their three children, Harrison, Alex, and Rylan Fiadh. Lauren, the youngest, is a 2016 medical school graduate from Pacific Northwest University Medical school in Washington. She is practicing Internal Medicine in Grand Blanc, Michigan. She resides in Michigan with her husband, Dr. Christopher Yoo and their two sons, Finn and Cooper. The Yoos are relocating to NH in the summer of 2022.Dr. Finn is continually participating in advanced dental training and continuing education. Dr. Finn absolutely loves practicing dentistry and may never retire now that his dream of working with his daughter has come true. Dr. Tom and Dr. Kiirsten Finn are in dental heaven as they get to work together everyday! When Dr Finn is not attending to the needs of his child and adult patients or continuing his dental education, he can be found riding his Peloton bike, running, working out, skiing, or enjoying water sports & other land activities with his family and friends in the beautiful lakes and mountains in the 603.

Dr. Kiirsten Finn (Murphy) is a life-long Lakes Region resident. Kiirsten was born and raised in Laconia, NH. She attended Holy Trinity Catholic School K-8, was a 2003 graduate of Tilton School, and a 2007 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. Dr Kiirsten Finn worked in medical research for several years before starting dental school. She graduated from the Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry in 2014 and completed a dental residency (Tufts University) in Portland, Maine in 2014 before joining her father, Dr Tom Finn in August of 2015. Dr Kiirsten and her husband Tom Murphy reside in Laconia and are busy caring for their three children, 2 of whom also attend Holy Trinity school.. Dr. Kiirsten loves dentistry and loves practicing dentistry along side her father every day. This is a match made in heaven. Not sure who loves working with the other more, but clearly our patients benefit from their amazing respect for each other and desire to provide caring, expert, informed and patient-centric experiences for all in their care. Both Drs. are committed to providing their patients personalized, excellent dentistry with the highest ethical and moral standards of care. When Dr. Kiirsten Finn is not at work she can be found spending time with her husband, Tom, her children, Harrison Francis, Alex Charley,and Rylan Fiadh ,her siblings and family. She loves to exercise, run, work out on her Peloton bike, ski, travel, hike, boat, explore NH and read. Dr Kiirsten is so excited to be a practicing dentist in her hometown of Laconia, caring for children and their families in the beautiful Lakes Region community and New Hampshire!!
