Dr. Ravi Oberoi and his entire team gave me my smile back and I couldn't be more thankful. The list of things I needed completed was extensive however they all worked with me to get the procedures done, not only quickly, but correctly. I was nervous with the affordable pricing going into it however I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Sofia at the front desk was always so welcoming, patient, and kind. Nandie the hygienist was always sure to do her absolute best while calming my nerves during different procedures. Then of course Dr.Ravi was so kind, I remember when I first went in I thanked him and he said, no thank you... it was just the little things that go so far. Over time we have all built relationships and now I almost look forward to returning in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you all for everything!!

Office sucks! Dr is not compassionate. X-ray technician did not know what she was doing . Long wait time and tools used were NOT sanitized . This place is horrific don't go! Please safe yourself the pain and headache

My whole family has been going to this place for the past 8 years, and the staff and doctor are always a pleasure to deal with. Like many people, I do not exactly look forward to going to the dentist, but I have yet to have a bad experience at this office and will continue to go to Dr. Oberoi for years to come. Thank you, doctor and staff, for always making my visits a comfortable experience!

I recently had five cavities fixed and I have to say I am very happy how it turned out. Before going to Dr. Ravi C. Oberoi, two of my teeth were black at the gumline from the cavities. After he fixed them, they looked good as new. I believe my pictures speak for themselves.Additionally, I did not experience any pain or discomfort despite being a very anxious individual. My only complaint Is the exam rooms are rather small making it difficult for the dentist to work and the building seems to be fairly old. I will definitely be going back to have the rest of my cavities filled.

I'm literally in the bathroom crying right now as a write this review. Coming from a person who is terrified of the dentist and having many tootheaches along the years to avoid coming to the dentist.. this is place is hell..... Okay, the staff is super nice ! But the doctor himself !?! So rude !! The staff tried defending him saying "it's his accent, that's why he comes off that way" NOOOOOOOOOO. I believe a doctor should make u feel comfortable . Your nerves are already a wreck and u can already imagine to hear the drilling. He didn't numb me enough so he puts more numbing medicine, tells me to quit crying and being a baby. Gets frustrated w me. I was crying a little cause of the pain but the real reason was because I felt so helpless and couldn't wait for him to finish. ! After I stopped crying I kept shaking like a baby cause of my nerves and he didn't understand that. Not professional nor compassionate towards his patients.... I'm not coming back .

Thank you to the Team at Affordable Dentist. Steven the hygienist eased my nerves and didn't make me feel judged. Maria was super professional and thorough. Sofia did an excellent job at explaining my care plan and all expenses involved and my options moving forward. Thank you, Dr, for giving me a discount on services that aren't covered by my insurance. I definitely recommend AFFORDABLE Dentist!

If i could i wouldn't give them not even a star. I went in for a complete exam. The assistant had a gown covered with blood. I told her and she told me is from the paste that they use to clean teeth, then she took it off. Come on i know how blood looks. Then, they called me after an hour to tell me that my insurance is not active anymore, that it was terminated a day before. I asked why they didn't call to let me know. No answer. And now they are billing me for my visit, when they had to call and let me know in advance. Be careful this office is a scam. They don't care about patients. They care about money only. In fact i am going to call health department on them for violating health regulations of a patients!

Terrible customer service. The smell inside the office is hideous. Not to mention I was asked to pay BEFORE I was seen. Are you kidding me? If you think I am lying about the aroma try it for yourself and have a smell. I guarantee you will walk right out the door. Sorry Dr. Oberoi, but the truth is the truth.

Why is is so hard to get a live person on The phone at this office and why did the staff 'accidently' call me having inappropriate conversation??? And we still can't speak to a real live person...left several voicemails to no avail.......I'm contacting our insurance company and changing to a diffrent dentist asap.......very very unprofessional

Friendly and transparent with billing, the office even helped to explain my benefits to me which is more than any corporate dental place has ever done. This is why I choose to go to a private practice over a corporation. Keep up the good work.
