Dr. Luciana Rausch has been providing dentistry in the Waterbury and Naugatuck area for the past 12 years. She is a graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and is proficient in all aspects of comprehensive dentistry.
Michelle has been a member of this dental team since 2013. She has worked in the dental field for 8 years as a receptionist before becoming a dental hygienist two years later. She is diligent, thorough, multitasking and meticulous and always willing to provide the standard of care according to what the patient needs. Michelle is certified in local anesthesia and enjoys attending continuing education courses, as she is eager to learn. Michelle is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, in addition to English. When she is not at work, she loves traveling, spending time with her family, friends and her dog Simba. Also, she enjoys cooking and baking. Michelle is a great team player and we are very lucky to have her.
Maria is the office manager and makes sure that everything in the office stays on track. She worked as a dental assistant for several years and since true passions never die, from time to time, she still assists Dr. Rausch. She knows our patients by heart and, being the compassionate person that she is, she always creates a strong bond with patients. She speaks English and Portuguese.
When shes not working she loves to be with her family. Maria is married with 3 lovely children, a dedicated and loving sister, daughter and daughter-in-law. She enjoys going to Maine to spend time with her family surrounded by nature.
Melissa has been a Dental Administrative Specialist for over 25 years. She acts as a liaison between the patients and the dental practice making sure she does her best to make your visit as pleasant and hassle free as far as with the insurance carriers as well as with all the financial aspects that your dental visit would require.
Melissa has two grown children from her first marriage and is blessed with two grown stepchildren from her second marriage. She is a dedicated memberather fitness center in town and enjoys the summer and her weekend getaways to the beach every chance she gets.
Shelly has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. She is experienced in working with both adult and pediatric patients. She attributes her love for dental hygiene to the wonderful relationship she has with her patients, colleagues, and employers. Shelly stays abreast of her profession through numerous continuing education courses and working in state of the art practices. She is devoted to improving and maintaining the oral health of her patients.
Shelly is happily married to her devoted husband of 25 years, David. They have 3 grown children (William, Alexandra and Kathryn) and a fun-loving Wheaton Terrier named Seamus. She loves to cook, spend time with family and friends and venture to Prince Edward Island, Canada for their summer getaway

Dr Rausch and all of her staff (Maria included) are wonderful and very accommodating. They are very friendly and attentive. My wife and I have been seeing her and her staff for years and love coming here. I would recommend her for all of your dental needs!

Dr. Rausch is an excellent Dentist. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She always greets you with a smile. Shevlistens ti hee patients and helps them feel comfortable. Great doctor and hygienist (MP). Office is always clean and staff is always friendly! Needed a dentist one time in an emergency and my previous dentist couldn't take me. After calling Dr Rausch they took me in right away and since then she's been my go to dentist!

Dr. Rausch is absolutely amazing and truly cares for her patients. She is wonderful with patients of all ages as well. In fact, our son absolutely loves going to the Dentist! Her team also is as nurturing and caring as Dr. Rausch. I would highly recommend Dr. Rausch to anyone that lives in the surrounding areas!

Dr. Rausch truly cares about her patients. It is evident in the way she treats each and everyone of them. I appreciate her honesty and thoughtfulness any time I am in her chair. As far as cleanings, I will only see Michelle. She takes her time and explains everything along the way. For me that is extremely important as I am always asking questions about my oral hygiene (:

Dr. Rausch is the only doctor I trust with my teeth. Her technical skill, medical knowledge, chair-side manner, and standards exactly suit my needs. I trust Dr. Rausch completely and know that she wants for my oral health exactly what she wants for her own. The fact that she is also personable and caring is icing on the cake.
