Absolutely wonderful experience, from the intake with Phyliss to the treatment with Dr. Shah. My daughter was experiencing terrible pain, and could not get in with her own Endontics dentist, so we were squeezed in as a new patient given some relief then a great treatment. My daughter like many in nervous at the dentist office, but Dr..Shah was so comforting and able to get her out of pain. Would highly recommend Dr. Shah and all the staff in the office are so nice.!!

The appointment was at 5:30 many other people arrived after and were seen before us it's now 7 they closed an hour ago and we are still waiting to be seen.

Dr Shah is so great with kids. She explains everything that is going on to them and makes them as comfortable as possible. She is willing to see us at any time of the day whenever there is an emergency. I have been going to her for 31 years and would never go anywhere else, and am so glad she now takes care of my children's oral health as well!

This place is full of crooks. Suggested not going through the insurance and cost me 75 to be told sorry cant help . DO NOT GO THERE!!

Unfortunately Insurance's do not cover every thing. It is the patient's responsibility to know their coverage before coming to the appointment . Certain procedures have frequency limits, if they have multiple visits for the same procedure they may not be covered.

I had an appointment at this office a while back, never put in a review but reading some of the reviews now I see nothing has changed. I waited over 2 1/2 hours and finally got fed up and asked for a refund as they made me pay when I arrived. They said I was next put me in a room were I sat another half hour. Finally got totally fed up walked to front desk demanded my full refund. They told me it was put back on my card. When I checked my balance the following day it was never received. Never followed up with them and took it as a learning experience. Always read all reviews before making an appointment!!

Dr. Shah is a fantastic dentist. I came to her 5 years ago through a family referral. She has been taking care of my husband's families teeth ever since he was a baby - he's in his 30s now and STILL goes there for his routine cleanings etc! I needed lots of dental work in the beginning. She has patiently worked through my issues with me through the years, and always did it with care and compassion. She really cares about her patients and their needs. When I'm under Dr. Shah's care, I know that I can trust her to do not only great work, but do it right. Her team is equally amazing. From Paula, who does the routine cleanings and is always a pleasure, to Jenny at the front desk, who is always there to answer my questions and concerns no problem. Sometimes there can be a wait, but it's because Dr. Shah takes the time with each patient to make sure their needs are met before they leave. I'd highly recommend this practice. I'm so glad that my husband introduced me to them, I'd never go anywhere else now! I should also note that we moved a half an hour away 3 years ago, and we still take the trips to see Dr. Shah. She's worth it!

If you want a dentis who consistantly runs 2+ hours behind for cavity filling even when you're the only person in the office this is the place. If you want to be recomend physical therapy for tmj, even though you need surgery, have the pt recomend the dentist send you to a specialist after you complete pt and not be sent to one. This is the place. If you want to sit in a waiting room where someone sits on the phone talking ingirantly loud without the staff asking them to take it outside this is the place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for approximately 10 years and in these 10 years I have had nothing but exceptional work from her. Dr. Shah and her staff takes their time with each individual and they male it a point to pay attention and really listen to what you have to say. Dr. Shah and her team are wonderful and compassionate human beings. My son has Autism and I was in disbelief when they got him to sit and have a real cleaning. I understand the dentist is extremely unpleasant for the majority of people however if you are looking for a wonderful experience I suggest going to see Dr. Shah and her team.

Honestly I usually hate dentist, but this place they are so nice an gentle. They work with you, an talk you through everything. Best place to get your teeth clean done or pulled. Highly recommend.
