Dr. Randy J. Greenberg DMD, MAGD is a general dentist who focuses on cosmetic, implant, and laser dentistry. He graduated from the University of Connecticut Health Center School of Dental Medicine in 1982 with a DMD degree ( Doctor of Dental Medicine). He has been serving the Wallingford community for more than 30 years.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, where in 2003 he received the honorary distinction of Fellow , of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). This FAGD designation was awarded after 500 hrs of university level continuing education and a comprehensive written exam. In 2009 he was awarded the Academy of General Dentistrys highest award, that of Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). This distinction is awarded after an additional 400 hrs of hands on learning from university leaders from all over the country. (There are under 2000 dentists in the US with this honor).
Dr. Greenberg also holds the distinction of Fellow from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry (2009) and Fellow from the Advanced Dental Implant Academy (2010). He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Greenberg is on staff as a clinical instructor in the Department of Craniofacial Rehabilitation at the University of Connecticut teaching the next generation of dentists.
Since 2008 Dr. Greenberg organizes a dental health mission trip to third world countries to provide needed dental services to the underprivileged. He is a national lecturer on the LANAP Laser Periodontal Therapy and the first in Connecticut to do this amazing procedure in 2003.
The office is high tech yet inviting and comfortable. His office mission is to help people achieve a high level of health, self-esteem, and well-being by enhancing their appearance and improving the function of their teeth.

This was my first visit to Dr. Greenberg's office after not seeing a dentist for 14 years. Dr. Greenberg and his staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. They even cheered me on because I quit smoking 9 days ago. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg's office.

I haven't been to the dentist in 12 yrs. I know, I know. Shame on me. I also have medical PTSD. Everyone in the office was great. All went smoothly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Dr Greenberg took the time to explain everything to me.

Dr. Randy Greenberg and his entire staff are outstanding. Dawn, the dental hygienist, performed a thorough cleaning with a gentle and knowledgeable hand. Enza, the office manager assures that everything runs smoothly with insurance and scheduling. Dr. Greenberg is an expertly skilled professional with the kind and polite manner of a true gentleman. It's wonderful to experience expertise, trust, attention and friendliness all in one beautiful dental office.

Today I went in for an emergency visit. I called at 9am and they were able to squeeze me in at 10am and I was so grateful because the amount of pain I was in was horrendous. Turns out I needed a root canal. The staff are all phenomenal and I'm talking about check in, check out, dental hygienist and dentist. They are kind, comforting and very good at their jobs. As far as the root canal, I did not feel one thing. Not even lying. It was completely painless. Dr. Greenberg did his work and let me know was doing a great job and let me know how far along in the process we were, which I found comforting. I kept waiting for something painful to happen, but I assure you it did not. They take COVID safety measures very seriously and the whole office was very clean. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough.

Dr. Greenberg's services are highly skilled with a gentle touch which I think is important for a dentist. When dealing with denture issues, Dr. Greenberg's expertise creates a calming experience so that you know it will be done correctly and precise. Dr. Greenberg's staff including the lovely ladies up front are friendly, knowledgeable and overall great at what they do!
