Well, how about this...they were made aware on several occasions and visits that my tooth needed a cap. I went in because the tooth broke. They made an appointment, I figured at the appt they would put the cap on, nope. I was told the tooth could be saved, even though the tooth was broke down the middle. The next available appointment to put the cap on was over a month away. Now imagine having a broken tooth for over a month, well i wasn't going to wait. So I had a different dentist in the same office look at it about 10 days later. Went in expecting to ge the cap, she told me that it couldn't be saved and it had to be pulled. So if your looking for a dentist that you have to wait to get work done, this is the place. Had the tooth been done with a cap at the 1st appointment, which they new that's what the appointment was for, a tooth could've been saved!! What a run around. Oh but they want their payment of $55.00 immediately. Where was the rush for my tooth to be fixed? Also, the lady at the front desk was rude and embarrassed me in front of other people. Moving my records!!
