I have been married to my wonderful wife since 1980 and God has blessed us with a son and daughter, both happily married. Which means we actually have two sons, two daughters, and five amazing grandchildren. I love spending time with my family. They are such a blessing to me.
My love of dentistry at an early age probably came from seeing how much my dad enjoyed dentistry. Helping people has always been a passion of mine. All four brothers andtwo of my sisters also chose dentistry along with uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces. Coming from a family of dental professionals has challenged me to a higher cutting-edge standard of care and a higher level of accountability to provide excellent care. I enjoy attending a wide range of continuing education seminars and mini residencies which I have incorporated and embraced the most advanced surgical techniques, assisted by the latest technology.Creating beautiful smiles and helping our clients become healthier is very rewarding. We focus on treating and eliminating gum disease because it has the most profound affect in improving our general health.

Erin - Registered Dental Hygienist - I was born and raised in Battle Creek. I am married to my wonderful husband Josh, we have two beautiful daughters. I graduated from Kellogg Community College with a dental Hygiene degree in 2007. I have been practicing at Rand E. McKinley Family Dentistry since 2009. My favorite part of my job is talking. I love developing relationships with my patients. I have a passion for providing oral health care and education to my patients. In my free time I enjoy watching my kids play sports and spending time with my family and friends.
Nicole - Registered Dental Hygienist -I have worked for Dr. McKinley for 7 years and love the comfortable, family environment we have here in the office. I graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 2011 with a dental hygiene degree. I live here in Battle Creek with my husband, two sons, and our dog. In my free time, I love to travel and be outdoors
