I used to love this dr until their wait times started to exceed an hour! My husband had a root canal and a crown done at their office later on the crown fell I called the office to schedule an appointment for him on a Monday and they gave me a Friday (same week @2:30)he waited 2 hrs and he left without being seen.The receptionist told him he has to sit and wait until the dr is free??!!!! Because he had an Emergency appointment. He started complaining about the wait and the Dr told him to go see another dr or come another day after 2hrs of wasting his time. Their Receptionist called me complaining about my husband leaving because of the wait time and I hear DR Rana in the background judging his behavior due to his religion (evangelicals)?!!I canceled all my appointments with them immediately. This behavior was unacceptable the patient should have been notified that its going to be a very long wait. He should have been questioned whether he wants to wait or come back another day instead. You should have never involved my religion in this.
