Dr. Kamrava squeezed me in and did an amazing job with what was my 1st root canal. I'm feeling no pain post treatment and my molar looks pretty incredible. I highly recommend him. Off to get a crown!

I have been to Dr Rambod Kamrava's office three times in several years. This included a root canal, analysis of a cracked tooth, and other needed proceedures. I am very satisfied with the experience; they were painless and communications with Dr. Kamrava was clear and to the point. I give five stars.

I am so grateful to Dr Kamrava, I was having a serious dental issue, he made space immediately in the schedule for me, and his diagnosis proved absolutely correct, even as he ultimately recommended me to a periodontist to follow through on the work, instead of doing anything himself, he definitely made the right call and I'm most appreciative of his professionalism, mannerism, and his office staff :-)

I had an appointment with Dr. Kamrava today. The appointment was verified with his staff. After moving my schedule and taking the day off, I got there and the staff said "we don't have an appointment for you." I explained my appointment, that it was verified and I asked to speak to Dr. Kamrava. He came out, defended his office staff, was abrasive, short and as a physician and patient, I have never been disrespected so significantly. After his brief comments he walked away without offering another appointment, accommodations or an apology. With professionalism in mind, he should have said. " I'm so sorry for the office mixup, how can we work with you to accommodate your schedule?" I was very very disappointed. People should think twice about making an appointment with this practitioner.

I was referred to see this doctor/dentist due to my symptoms. Pain & swelling. They were able to squeeze me in and a star for this. Wait that said I hope his patients that continue to see him and the new ones never have to endure his terrible rude bed side manners.

Dr. Rambod Kamrava and his entire office staff are exceptional. Dr. Kamrava completed a repair to a root canal that another Doctor missed causing months of complications. I will only trust him to treat me in the future! He has advanced equipment and procedures that saved by tooth. Thankful for his help. saved

Dr. Kamrava performed a root canal on my back molar which had a crown. I felt NO pain. I can almost say it was a pleasant experience compared to what I was anticipating. His concern for my comfort at all times during the procedure was outstanding. His office is equipped with the latest technology. His skills and knowledge are top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Kamrava.

I must be doing this wrong. I posted an update but I still don't see it so I'm going to try again. In case two new reviews suddenly come up, I didn't mean to post it twice. Dr Kamrava just finished work on a tooth (well now it's been almost a week) that everyone else said would have to be pulled and replaced with an implant. I can't express strongly enough what it's like not to be in pain. I had put it off so, so long that there was almost nothing left, and it had a huge abscess underneath. The next to last tooth in the back of the upper teeth. He had every right to say he would refer me out. And he didn't. He said "why don't you come in and let me take care of your tooth". I don't like being the horse in this scenario, but Dr Kamrava is the horse whisperer! I'm more like a donkey for suffering with it for so long. I am going back in later this week for a lower back tooth before it is infected. Oh and reading one of the other postings here, I flashed back on years ago when I first came in with my son along, because he had an appointment in the building as well. After I gave JD my paperwork, he step by step explained their billing procedure. How he will submit the patient's insurance (which many offices no longer do) and he repeated again, the patient is responsible for payment. He said I could discuss any concerns about the cost of the procedure beforehand to make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. JD went over everything so meticulously that afterwards I whispered to my son "Do I look senile? I know I'm old but he must think I am not understanding their billing system." And the kid, wiser than I will ever be, said "He's making sure, that's all." And years later when I came back for another tooth, JD then reviewed every step again. So. I absolutely disagree with anyone implying that they've been unfairly dealt with. And as a person who takes being honest very seriously, as I'm sure JD does after witnessing the great care he takes explaining every little thing, I would be deeply offended by that comment. I get feeling a bill is too high for you, I've been there. That's why you check things out very carefully and listen to what is being said. And if it's not in your budget, you go to a teaching university to have the work done, or you have the tooth pulled, because it's way cheaper. I've had friends go downtown to have a tooth pulled and they've paid between 300.00 to 800.00 depending on how complex it turned out. And of course, now they don't have the tooth. But when a bill comes after you've had the work done, and it's been explained to you almost too well beforehand, and it's not in your budget, it is not okay to impugn the honesty of the office manager just because you are mad. If someone is putting this off like I did, I hope you'll go in and "let him take care of your tooth". Although Dr Kamrava is the very best at what he does, he is in the mid-range for cost. And if needed, of all the things it is worth charging on a credit card, this is right up at the top. It feels so great not to have an aching jaw.b

Dr. Ramrod Kamrava preformed one of the best root canals that I have ever had and I have endured a few. He really listens and takes the time to identify and find the tooth that needs treatment which can be tricky. Nerves have a way of transmitting pain in adjacent teeth. Once the tooth was identified he took the time to call my dentist so she was aware of the situation before treatment. Throughout the procedure explained what he was doing all the way through and made sure that I was not in any pain. He is extremely knowledgable and has a gentle touch. He made sure by taking additional X-rays to ensure that his customized treatment was complete. The next day I woke up to some pain in front of my ear and jaw due to the necessary injections but the treatment site was remarkably pain free! Today is day two and I am absolutely pain free! Also, yesterday when his office called to see how I was doing he got on the phone to talk with me, what a wonderful surprise! Thank you Dr. Kamrava I appreciate you and will be back in the future when I need your expertise.

ATTENTION: My review should be valued more than that one star idiot reviewer because I'm a physician. I know and I can tell who the good doctors are. Dr. Kamrava is a great doctor and this is why. He is intelligent and logical. There are many intelligent doctors out there but they are not aways logical. He considers the BIG picture and not just focuses on your set of teeth. He sees each patient as a human being and not another customer he can make money off of. Another dentist recommended me to extract my front tooth and put an implant instead. I sought Dr. Kamrava for second opinion and that was the best thing that happened to me. He is one of very few dentists who are trained to perform Apicoectomy (google it!) and he studied under Dr. Kim who invented the procedure. So he is very good at this procedure! After 1 hr of careful and meticulous treatment (Dr Kamrava is very thorough and has steady hands), I got to keep my permenant tooth! Look at all the implant ads out there! Do you know why there are so many dentists wanting to replace your tooth with an implant? Obvious..$$$! Seek Dr. Kamrava before you pull out your permenant tooth. It's gone forever once you pull it out. He might be able to save your tooth. Trust me, I'm a doctor.
