What I really appreciate about Doctor Balabanian, is that he always patiently and thoroughly explains all the steps he is taking during the dental procedure and also with respect to insurance and payment policies. He is not the type of the dentist who sees a 'project' in the patient and pushes them to do treatments that are not necessary. Alice, the receptionist lady is also always friendly and ready to help. Among dental practices I have been to all over the world, this one is a top favorite, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking dental treatments in the San Francisco Bay Area .

I really liked their hospitality. I felt very comfortable there every minute. Plus, Dr. Rafi is very talented. I am very happy to have a local dentist like them. I also recommend them to my close friends.

FEW WEEKS AGO MY WIFE AND I VISITED DR. RAFI''S OFFICE. THIS VISIT WAS 25TH YEAR. TWENTY FIVE YEARS DR RAFI AND THE STAFF TOOK CARE OF OUR DENTAL NEEDS. YES , WE TRUST DR RAFI BECAUSE HE LISTENS YOU , EXPLAINS WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT. HE IS GENTLE, CARING AND WELCOMES YOU. WE ARE GRATEFUL TO DR RAFI AND THE STAFF.

We had an excellent experience at our first visit to Dr. Balabanian's office. Everything around is super clean and neat. Doctor is very professional, nice and caring. Explains every single procedure in detail. No wait time - did not wait even a minute. Will definitely return. Hopefully we have found our family dentist. Everyone of us got a nice surprise: received a gift - tooth cleaning kit.

I needed to find a dentist that was close to my work and in my insurance network. The Balabanian office was so welcoming and enjoyable. My teeth cleaning was quick and Dr. Balabanian explained to me each of the steps of the process while he was doing it, which I loved! He helped me with exercises to combat my TMJ. I've never left the dentist smiling, but I know now I will every time I leave this dentist.

The staffs are very nice. I had a deep cleaning on my teeth by one of the staffs working there she was wonderful and I barely feel no pain during the procedures. I will definitely go there again.

Dr Balabanian is The Best: Effective!,Caring!,Thorough! and Generous with His Expertise, Advice, Assistance, and Time. I think I've found the closest to a dentist who makes house calls..that's a limit I couldn't afford or he would go out of business if he went that far. His Smiling Receptionist is a Delight to approach! His whole Staff is Effective, Efficient, Thorough, Kind and Accommodating!!!

Dr. Balabanian is a great dentist, and a polite, caring person. He is also a fun person to talk to. I have used his services for many times, and every time it was a breeze. He never tries to make money by suggesting more and unnecessary dental work to be done. He always cares about his patient's long term wellbeing. He is also very punctual.
