Dr. Kevin E. Osborne is a lifelong resident of Lebanon. The son of Quentin LeslieOsborne, DMD and Ninfa L. Osborne, Dr. Kevin found his interest and passion topursue dentistry while in high school. Following graduation from Lebanon Union HighSchool in 1989, he attended Oregon State University where he earned his Bachelorsdegree in Biology. He married his hometown sweetheart, Jodi Marie Plinski in August1993, before moving to Portland where he attended Oregon Health and SciencesUniversity School of Dentistry. While in Dental school, Dr. Kevin and Jodi welcomed their first two sons to the family:Kody Quentin Osborne in 1995 and Wyatt Edward Osborne, in 1997. In the fall of 1996,Dr. Kevin and Jodi purchased property just outside of Lebanon where they still residetoday. Dr. Kevin and Jodi welcomed their younger two sons, Orin Levi Osborne inJanuary of 1999 and Rhett James Osborne in December of 2000. All four boys attended

Following high school graduation, each of the four Osborne boys attended Oregon StateUniversity. Rhett is a current Oregon State student, pursuing degrees in BusinessAccountancy and Business Management. Kody, Wyatt and Orin each decided to pursuedentistry as a career, following in their grandfather and fathers footsteps, and arecurrently attending OHSU School of Dentistry, set to graduate in 2021, 2023, and 2024respectively. Dr. Kevin continues to bring the same traditional family dental philosophy to the practicethat his father and mother brought to Lebanon in 1975. He enjoys building anddeveloping long lasting relationships with his patients, as he believes that doing so isfundamental to providing great dental care. He understands the fast pace, high timedemands we all face in our lives and the pressure it puts on the evolving and everchanging health care model. Dr. Kevin believes that spending time getting to know thepatient is the cornerstone to providing positive treatment outcomes for the patient. Dr.Kevin has taken thousands of hours of Continued Education and has kept the practicecurrent with new technology while at the same time, maintaining the traditionalphilosophy of patient centered dental care. He is confident that this approach to dentalcare will allow him to continue to extend outstanding service to his patients for years tocome.

Personal Hobbies/Interests: I love spending time doing about anything with my family. Some of our favorite times are spent hunting, fishing, and hiking. I love the sun and being outside. Favorite Movie: Grease, and any great comedy!

I began my career in healthcare as a dental assistant with Dr. Les Osborne. I have always enjoyed the privilege and opportunity to be a part of a team that is helping people become more confident in themselves and their smiles.

Dentistry is unique from many other healthcare fields, we get to see our patients on a regular and consistent basis, and with that I appreciate the opportunity to educate and build strong relationships with them.

Our office is conveniently located on Market Street, just off Hwy 20 next to the River Center. We moved our dental practice from downtown Lebanon, to our current site in 2001. We are proud of our office and the state of the art equipment throughout the building, including but not limited to digital x-rays. Our modern facility was carefully designed with the patients privacy in mind with each operatory fully enclosed and very roomy. We have an exceptional sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements.

Our friendly and competent staff is dedicated to patient comfort and quality care. In addition to family and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (for advanced gum disease) and Orthodontics (braces). We also team with Oral Surgeons in the treatment planning and surgical phases of Implant Dentistry. Our team emphasizes comprehensive quality care and preventive dentistry. Our number one priority is our patients comfort.
