horrible service,after waiting in pain for 45 min I got in and was talked to like i was a bad child,not explaining things not being understanding and just plain rude my kids hated her until I experienced for myself I didn't believe my kids that it was that bad,I thought they just hated "the dentist " never again!!!!!

The dentist never did a thorough dental cleaning, it literally took her less than two minutes; not good, or long enough.

Beautiful doctor Very organized office and gives wonderful service all very polite and respectful people. Doctor Gupta did a wonderful job and was very direct of what was needed to be done and did perfect job.

Please do not come here if you actually wish for dental care. I've been here 3 times and each time the dentist sees me for LESS than 60 seconds. I had extreme pain due to the wisdom teeth coming in and she completely disregarded me and told I shouldn't do anything about it and sent me away. Meanwhile I went to the dentist to get some relief for this pain and she did nothing... Just now I went again for a cleaning and Preetika Gupta spent hardly 2 minutes "cleaning my teeth". She does not care about my dental health at all. The only reason she even did the horrible work for 2 minutes was for formality reasons, to look like she did something, not because she actually wanted to clean my teeth. She barely touched or cleaned my teeth and left the room in a hurry even though the office was empty, because god forbid she actually did what she is paid to do. bottom line- don't ever go here she puts in NO EFFORT for her patients

literally the worst service you could ever imagine getting. not sure how they are still even open or how employees stand to work there with how rude the dentist is. went in for a cleaning which was causing pain and the dentist flat out dropped everything and walked out saying " don't come back until you've gotten approval to get numbed". a shame how the dental assistant is the one having to apologize for the horrible behavior of the dentist. they wont see me there EVER AGAIN!

this place is awesome, from the staff to the dentist...everybody was so friendly and gave me right options, i was in and out in no time, i highly recommend dr.gupta...im glad i came here
