We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Pranati Chokshi graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale with highest honor in 2002. She has been at her current office location since August 2005. Since beginning practicing dentistry, Dr. Chokshi has kept herself up to date with several continuing educational courses to ensure that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Prior to attending the dental school in the USA she received Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) and Master of Dental Surgery (Prosthodontia) degrees from Gujarat University, India. She was one of the youngest Prosthodontist in India at that time. Before coming to U.S. she worked as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Prosthodontics, Gujarat University, India for five years.

Called in the morning because of extreme pain in my tooth and jaw. Was seen later that day and had a root canal. Am happy to say it was completely painless and all my prior pain is gone. They are always amazing at Dr Chokshis and make you feel like family.

Literally the BEST dentist I have ever gone to! Both me and my younger, autistic sister go here. They run on time so you are never left waiting forever in the lobby, and all of the staff, from Tiffany at the front desk, the assistants and the hygienists are kind and knowledgeable! Their pricing is also extremely reasonable because they care about you and not just your money. For those with autistim or those caring for people with autism, this office is AWESOME! They made my sister, who is terrified of dentists and has sensory issues, very comfortable and she was able to finally get her teeth cleaned after 7 years of fighting with her to get it done. This was just the right place and they were so compassionate and kind to her. Thank you so much, you all have made a huge impact in my life and my sister's!

Dr Chokshi finally made me smile! She explained all options to me in detail. She took her time to make sure my partial was just right. It took a while but it was worth it. She is very professional and made sure I was comfortable with it before it was ready for delivery. I am very happy with how I look now. The entire team is awesome. I highly recommend them.
