I wish I could take that one star down. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Didn't even make it thru the x Ray's! Had to walk out! I've never been treated with so much disrespect. Cut my mouth up taking x Ray's. Tech was so rude about it I had to leave. Then when leaving I was followed out the door with my wife and 1 year old, both the tech and dds continued to make rude and borderline racist remarks...

If you want to be placed in a room where the dental light does not work; where the water jet is empty; where the technician brings the dental suction from across the chair, places it on you, and hangs it from the side of the chair to then put it in your mouth; where the X-ray technician is in such a rush she hits you in the face with the protective apron while removing it; where the Dr. is so harsh on your teeth while cleaning them it feels like she's about to pull out a teeth; where she doesn't even test your gums to ensure they are healthy, where the Dr. seems to just want to run away from you, doesn't care to listen to you for 30 seconds to address your concerns; where everyone is so depressing, go to this office! The only sweet and helpful person in the entire office was the receptionist. Other than that, what a waste of time.

Dr. Ngo and her team treats her clients with respect. Its really hard to find a dentist that really cares and have a big heart like Dr. Ngo. I've been her client for 3 years now. and I never have problems with her. I never like going to the dentist before but now I do because of her. Colleen is really a sweet and a nice lady. She help me a lot. thank you Dr. Ngo and your team.

My experience with this dentist was the worst I have ever had. I called to let them know I had a filling come out. At the first appointment they said they could help. They did a check on my teeth and said that the tooth would need a crown, but they could fill it and fit it for the crown when I could come up with the cost. The next time I came, they worked on three completely different teeth after three attempts to numb me. The woman next to me at that appointment was having the same issue. The staff said they "hadn't noticed" the gaping missing filling that I repeatedly said was my prime concern. Only after leaving me to cry in fear for 15 minutes and repeated requests to help with the tooth that was my main concern did they medicate it and put on a temporary cover. Having decided to go to another dentist after this nightmare, I called to try and get a copy of my X-rays. I was yelled at by the technician that the office was only open some days and that people aren't trustworthy so I had to pay them before they would make copies of the X-rays. If you do decide to use this office, be ready for the following: -changing plans -condescension -having your teeth hit with the mirror frequently -being asked to sign incomplete or blank documents -not being listened to -extra-long procedures -repeated attempts at numbing UPDATE: I saw another dentist. Two things that stood out following the 2nd opinion: 1. The procedure suggested by this dentist that would have cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket was not only not necessary, it would not have been *possible*. 2 the x-rays that this office takes are of too low a quality to be interpreted by another dentist. They could not discern anything about my mouth from the X-rays taken here. The second dentist I consulted with said that it wasn't possible to determine anything about the state of my teeth with that quality of image.
