Phillip Patrone is truly a scam, I was told by my dentist I need to go to periodontist to get cleared for Invisalign(dr homan- Elk Grove).. Patrone was scheduling me to come to do 2 cleanings. When I do not need cleaning. Stated that loud and clear. Place is terrible. No credibility and a terrible human- Try's to suck as much money as he can off your insurance. Think twice before you walk in there! He will ruin your whole plans!Stay away! Highly recommend Contacting Dr Silk in Schaumburg.

I hade an appointment at 7:50 am ( because there is no time from their side) I was on my way and I faced a traffic, so I called the office and I told the lady I will be late 10-15 minutes and she told me that's ok, I drove 40 minutes and when I arrived ( 11 minutes late ) she told me we need to re-seclude ?why you did not call me and let me drive ( already requested a time off from work) .. By the way I drove 40 minutes and she told me ok ( her answer I though you told me 5 minutes .. REALLY ) .. long story short the front desk and appointments is really bad and there is no respect for the customers time ( I will not talk about how bad with bills )

I had oral surgery done by Dr. Patrone. He and his staff were excellent. Dr. Patrone was very professional and knowledgeable. He described the procedure very well and answered all of my questions, so I felt less anxiety and stress. The procedure went very well and I am recovering fast without complications. A day after the procedure, his surgical assistant Melika ( who also was very nice and professional ) called me, to check how is my recovery going. Very professional and attentive staff! Everybody in this office was very friendly and polite. Thank you for the great work. Highly recommended!!!

I have visited many dentists in the course of life but never a more unprofessional dentist have I met. Upon deciding against a procedure, "Dr Patrone" verbally attacked me for "wasting his time" even though I am the one that had driven 40 minutes to his office for a CONSULT! In either case, I would advise you to stay clear of this Dr Patrone unless you're into being ridiculed, belittled and then told not to come back.

I went to this office because I was told I was in network for insurance. I would have gone for my expensive surgery somewhere else if they would have informed me correct. I was out of network and now they are trying to bill me for more money. The lady was not very polite either. I would suggest going to a different practice as this one cannot do their jobs correctly.
