I love this office! Everyone is so kind and friendly. They jumped through hoops and made multiple calls on my behalf when my insurance changed. They were actually able to get more coverage for me and dropped my monthly payments! The monthly payments are so reasonable, I was able to pay for my braces out of pocket as a college student with a part time job. I am so confident with my new smile and get so many compliments that I hadn't received before. I would highly recommend Dr. Tighe and his team to everyone!

LOVE! I have been bringing my three daughters to Tighe Orthodontics for a few years. We began with exams and keeping an eye on some things and then all three got their braces on in the same week! We could not be more thrilled with the entire experience. From helpful phone calls to schedule (and always patiently reschedule), to an always friendly greeting at checkin we always feel welcome. Dr Tighe did an amazing job at walking us through the entire process and every orthodontist assistant has been wonderful and always puts the girls at ease. Personally I love bringing my girls since the waiting room is large, clean and beautiful and even includes a Starbucks coffee and tea machine. I also love that the business and its staff is involved in community support. We are so pleased with our decision to choose Tighe and would highly recommend to anyone.

When I had decided to go through the process of getting braces I had emailed a few places, Tighe Orthodontics was the first place to respond back. From that email I had a wonderful feeling about them. They were friendly, professional and caring. Setting foot in the office everything was confirmed. The office staff, Dr Tighe, they all just care about you wanting to make sure you get the best care and experience. They also take the time to learn about you so that it's not just another visit, it's a visit with a friend. I am so beyond thrilled with the results that I got. I couldn't be more proud to be a patient of Tighe Orthodontics. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Tighe's office is one of the best! He offers Gentle and innovative dental care practices. My kids have received the Best Orthodontic care from him and his staff who are some of the nicest people we have ever met.

Best Orthodontic practice in town! Dr. Tighe knows his stuff! My whole family had the orth work done by Dr. Thighe and all received excellent results! He is patient and will provide detailed explanation when you have any questions. We all know that Dr. is only 50% of the experience and the office staff is the other half. I can say that EVERYONE I ever talked to in the office is wonderful! They are polite, professional and will make extra effort to meet your needs! No messed up appointments. No lost messages. What a wonderful team! I recently relocated to another city. Dr. Tighe and the office staff made every effort to ensure that my record is transferred to the new office with detailed notes. Dr. Tighe offered to talk to my new Dr.! I can't say enough good things about this practice! By the way, the office set up beautiful!

This orthodontist was recommended to me for my son with autism and Down Syndrome who had great fear of dental work. I have found all the staff a delight to work with; the workplace pleasantly spacious, comfortable and designed for client enjoyment; the financial parameters very agreeable, and the treatment regular and effective with timely review of progress. I would highly recommend with no reservations.

Great place for Adults and Kids people there they're very friendly with everyone. And to get your braces put on they have they own BANK the do Affordable payment plan my Daughter and my self have braces on with Dr Tighe no complaints at all.i give this place 20 star.********************

I love Dr. Tighe. The facility is fantastic although that's only part of the package. Even when he was in the old building he and his staff were always pleasant and upbeat. They remember you when you walk in and make you feel welcome. Dr. Tighe was always honest but professional. Even though I moved an hour and a half away, I'm going to drive all the way back out for my daughter who now needs braces. In a world of cookie cutter and quantity over quality, thank you for doing the opposite. It really makes y'all stand out.

As a teenager, I never went for any orthodontic treatment as I only had spacing issues with my teeth. However, the time did come for me to fix the spacing and eventual teeth placement issues that developed over the years. When that time arrived, I knew I wanted to go to Doctor Tighe's office. Per my husband recommendation, who went to the same practice as a teenager, the results were as expected and desired. We know if in the future our daughter will need any treatment for her teeth, we will take her there as well. I did visit another practice for an initial consultation [prior to starting my treatment at Dr. Tighe's office], and nothing compared to the compassion and professionalism of Dr. Tighe and his Team. The other practice did not have that vibe, nor did it project the same level of professionalism/care as Dr. Tighe. I love how Dr. Tighe and his Team are always very respectful and nice with all his patients; regardless of their stage in life (teen, adult, etc.). I am almost at the end of my treatment and I already see a big difference (from the start of my treatment to now). I can't wait to finish my treatment and see the final results I desired from the onset. If you are looking to have any kind of orthodontic work done (whatever stage in life you are at), this is the place to go, period. You won't regret it.
