Dr. Philip Clark received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Florida in 1989. He also carries Bachelor degrees in Physical Therapy and Biology. He opened his private practice in Fleming Island in 2003 and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and Clay County Dental Association.
I have been a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Clark since October 2010. I attended the FCCJ Dental Assisting program in 1986 and then returned to college for Dental Hygiene and graduated in 2000. I love teaching patients the importance of good oral hygiene and making them feel good about their smiles. My hobbies include painting and history.
Hello there! I have been a member of Dr. Clarks team since 2014 and have been a Certified Dental Assistant for over 20 years. I am originally from the Dominican Republic. My assistance extends to those within the Hispanic Ethnicity. I have two beautiful kids. I am thrilled to contribute my skills and knowledge to our practice in any way that allows for our patients to have a more comforting experience. I strive to bring liveliness into our office to make it an enjoyable environment for my patients and staff.
My name is Holly and I have been a dental assistant since 2005. I have been working with Dr. Clark and the rest of our caring team since 2014. I take pride in my job and put 100% into giving our patients the best possible care. When Im not working, I enjoy spending time with my loving husband and daughter.
I started working in the dental field in 1990 and have been working with Dr. Clark since 2010. Originally serving patients in Endodontics, I quickly came to love the family atmosphere of General Dentistry. I cherish the relationships I have developed with my office family and patients. Dr. Clark and each member of our staff strive to treat each patient just as we would want to be treated. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, riding bikes, traveling with my husband, and visiting my two beautiful grandchildren.
I have been working with Dr. Clark since 2010. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such an amazing dental team who work together to provide the best care for our patients. My favorite part of my job is getting to know our patients personally and building relationships with them. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and my Gracie girl (our dog child), anything DIY, event planning, and traveling to new places with my wonderful husband.
My job is to ensure that all equipment/instruments are sterilized in line with the CDC guidelines. Im new to the dental field and have been with Dr. Clark/Staff since 2017. I enjoy working with everyone. In my time away from work, I love spending time with my family and my fur babies.

I thought I would never say this, but it's a pleasure to go to the dentist when the staff is so superb!! Dr. Clark has maintained my smile for more than ten years. The staff is always helpful and happy. A special mention to Melody my dental hygienist who does such a great job keeping my teeth white and feeling great.

The Dentist is personable, very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. His staff is just as knowledgeable, friendly and professional. To top off my appointment, I had no pain and enjoyed the great staff. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

I have had many dentists and many dental procedures. Dr Clark is the most competent, caring and honest dentist I have ever had. His staff is friendly and welcoming. I have moved out of the Fleming Island area but I go back to Dr Clark to assure I get quality care.

The team at Dr Clark's office is amazing! My family has been going to them since moving here in 2007. Melody is terrific, however I just had Stephanie for my cleaning, and she was wonderful as well. Dr Clark is "real", and will not try to sell you something you don't truly need. I love the care and low pressure. My parents moved here too, and we referred them. They are extremely pleased as well!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Clark's for a number of years. We have always received professional, courteous and friendly care from everyone in the office which has made going to the dentist an easy and comfortable way to take care of our teeth. Dr. Clark has always provided on-time appointments, ease of being seen, even in an emergency. Best of all, he gives cost-effective options for treatment, and will often monitor questionable areas before immediate treatment to be sure there is an issue (such as "old" fillings that are actually still holding very well at present, but may need replacement in the future). I feel confident that my interests do come first here, and do not feel rushed to make costly decisions without fully understanding the problem and proposed remedy. Referrals are made when necessary for the more complicated procedures to other excellent professionals. I have seen a number of dentists over the years, and Dr. Clark is my favorite in this area, no question.
