Health Partners of Western Ohio will continually strive to improve the health of our community by providing a patient-centered health care home that addresses the mind, body and spirit of our patients.

Were an independent, non-profit and community-directed organization. We serve low income areas and places without access to care. Were led by a volunteer Board of Directors. Most of our board members are also patients.

We do our best to make every dollar stretch farther. We earn most of our money through patient care. We also receive federal, state, and local grants and donations. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center designated by the Health Resources & Services Administration.
