Aaron grew up in a small township outside of Hillsboro, OH named Danville. He attended Lynchburg-Clay from kindergarten through high school where he was involved in many sports and groups. After high school, he was accepted into and made the decision to attend THE Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology with a minor in Business. Upon acceptance, Aaron decided to again continue his educational career as a Buckeye and attend The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In early 2021, Aaron graduated from dental school, passed his boards exams, and received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Upon graduation, Aaron joined us at Burwinkel Family Dentistry and has been with us ever since.

Aaron's favorite part of his job is showing up to work every day knowing that he has the chance to change someone's outlook on their day and possibly even their future. He has a passion for helping people in need and strives to address patient's concerns from a holistic approach.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with family/friends and traveling to new destinations with new experiences. He also enjoys going to as many Ohio State sporting events as possible and tailgating with college friends during football season.

Missi graduated from Wayne High School in Huber Heights, OH in 1977 and shortly thereafter came to Hillsboro in 1978. She has been a member of our staff here at Burwinkel Dentistry since 2002 and received her radiographer's license in 2005. Her and her husband Gary have 5 children, 8 grandchildren, and a 7 year old miniature pinscher named Bella. In her free time she enjoys going to church, traveling, exercising, camping, and spending as much time with family/friends as possible.

Tiffany grew up in Hillsboro and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2007. Directly after high school she began working with us in 2007 at Burwinkel Dentistry and has been with us ever since. Tiffany has continued her education in many ways including her Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in 2011, an Associate of Science from Southern State in 2012, and her Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) Degree in 2013. Outside of work, Tiffany lives on a cattle farm with her husband RJ and their 2 year old daughter named Randee. In addition to cattle, they have 2 dogs named Callie and Willie. In her free time she enjoys going camping with family, exploring in the outdoors, and spending time with her daughter Randee. She is also very involved with her church.

Katie grew up on a farm locally in Hillsboro, Ohio. She's been a member of our staff since 2009. Her and her husband of 19 years, Parker, have a 1 year old basset/beagle mix named Hickory. In her spare time she enjoys traveling the world, kayaking, spending time with family, and renovating houses with her husband. She is also actively involved in her congregation and a wide variety of volunteer work.

Beth graduated locally from Hillsboro Highschool in 1999. She has been a member of our staff since 1998 and a certified dental assistant since 2001. Beth and her husband Rick have a four year old daughter named Brynn. In her free time, Beth enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
