Dr. Peter Mann grew up in Brooklyn, NY. In the neighborhood close by the water called Sheepshead Bay. I was very fortunate to be able to achieve all of my education while staying close to home. Having gone to James Madison H.S., Brooklyn College for undergrad, and receiving the opportunity to achieve my dream by attending the prestigious NYU College of Dentistry. Having completed dental school in 2008. Dr. Peter Mann went on to complete a year in General Practice Residency at Kings County hospital to hone his skills in cosmetic dentistry, emergency dentistry, and dental implants.
In 2010 I decided the best way to serve my patients would be by creating a dental office where patients would feel comfortable, safe, and receive amazing dental care. Our patients really appreciated our service which made it possible over time to expand the office and hire more fantastic people to work with. It was always a dream of mine to work in a great office, with wonderful staff and patients.
In my time off work, I like to explore the city and try many delicious foods that are available. Im very fortunate to have many hobbies that are part of a healthy life style. I enjoy playing sports like basketball and Tennis. I also like swimming and running when the weather allows.
There are not enough thank yous and positive recommendations I can give to not only Dr. Mann, but the entire practice. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and the entire team at Smile Arts of NY is patient, kind, and skilled. I will literally never go to another practice.
