Dr. Hazim is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. A graduate of Damascus University in Syria. He continued his advanced studies at the University Rene Descartes in Paris, France. After 3 years in France he accepted an internship at Loyola-VA hospital in Chicago, Illinois where he received his certificate in Prosthodontics. Dr. Hazim has undergone continuing education at the Pankey Institute along with Spear Educational Institute and has received accreditation from the Western Regional Examining Board.
I have been a hygienist with Dr. Hazim since March of 2006. I have been in dentistry since July of 1997. I started as a Dental Assistant and wanted to further my education to become a Dental Hygienist. I graduated from hygiene school in May of 2001. I strive to give my patients the most individualized care and treat everyone as if they are part of my family. I look forward to taking care of you in the near future.
I started with Dr. Hazims office in July of 2013. I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of his dentistry and the wonderful team that supports him. I have 27 years in dentistry, 23 years as a Dental Hygienist. My goal has always been the quality of care and patient education. I believe these are the foundations for success. I am married with two children. My hobbies include Tae-Kwon-Do and Cardio kickboxing.
I have been a registered Dental Assistant since 2011 and working with Dr. Hazim since January 2017. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I enjoy working alongside Dr. Hazim because of the high quality dental standards that he provides for our patients. Helping our patients improve their dental health gives me a feeling of satisfaction because their smile means more than a 1000 words.
I have been a Dental Assistant with Dr. Hazim since August of 2015. I believe in the value and importance of dental health and the hygienists role in total body and wellness. Working alongside Dr. Hazim has shown me the quality care that he provides to our patients as if they are part of our family. I have been with Dr Hazims team as a patient coordinator since July of 2021. I am an amazing team player, and I enjoy seeing our patients familiar face when they visit our office. My favorite part of our practice is our great team and our genuine care for each and every patient. With a great understanding of each of our provided treatments, I am able to help our patients understand their treatment process. When I am not in the office I am studying at The University of Texas at Dallas for my Marketing Management degree.

I went to see Dr Haziem yesterday. I was really having a hard day and had been unable to go to Dentist in a while because of my poor health. Dr Haziem is so caring and all his staff. Adrian did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I am so thankful that we have the most caring staff to take care of me and everyone. I feel like I have a brand new set of teeth.

wonderful service; all the workers are very nice and patient with me, especially Andreas and Ammar. I normally have a lot of anxiety walking into dentistries but they do a wonderful job at making me feel safe and comfortable. I wish dr. Hazim had been my dentist when I was a child but so blessed to have him now. I'll be going here for all my future dental work :)

I have been coming to see Dr. Hazim for over 20 years-it's always like visiting family! . I always hear people say how much they dread going to the dentist. I love going to the dentist! I am able to fall asleep in the chair and get in a little nap! BEST DENTIST EVER!

Dr. Hazim was very informative, very well spoken, and definitely made me feel ok given my dental situation. The assistant mari was also extremely helpful, and very professional, she really made me feel like family.

I really like Dr Hazim. He takes the time to explain everything. Is very honest and did a way better job on my replacement tooth compared to my old dentist. I recommend him very highly.

I've been going to Dr. Hazim's office for many years and am always amazed at how good his processes are. Fast, efficient and very minimal discomfort. That speaks volumes when you're talking about a visit to the dentist. I highly recommend him and this team.

Dr Hazim is Fantastic!!! He has been our family dentist for over 10 years since we moved to the metroplex. We first met late one night after my then 5 year old daughter had fallen and dislodged several of her teeth. He had been recommended by a friend and after a brief phone call, he instructed me to bring my daughter to his office where he would meet us. This was well after hours, but being a father himself, his concern was for my daughters well being! On top of all that, he didn't accept payment that night, and instead told me to just call his office in the morning and I could make the appropriate arrangements. There have been many similar generous / selfless acts by Dr Hazim over the years directed toward my daughters and me, but the constant has been his genuine care and concern for my family which is priceless!

As a dentist myself, Dr. Hazim is someone I trust with my own teeth. He is caring, knowledgeable and runs a well-organized office. He was the first dentist I saw when moving to the area 10 years ago, he is the one I'm going to after having moved back from half way across the country.

My Family has been seeing Dr. Hazim for over 15 years and has always taken care of our dental needs. Today He did Veneers on My son and they look perfect. Dr. Hazim is very detailed oriented and that's what our family loves. Thank you Dr. Hazim and staff for all your hard work!

Dr Hazim is the best Dentist I've ever had the pleasure to visit, if visiting a dentist is even a pleasure LOL. His professionalism and kindness is amazing, is devotion to his profession is beyond words. He's committed to ensuring you know exactly what he's going to proform and makes sure to keep you as comfortable as possible will preforming the task at hand. His staff is the backbone to his success and he makes sure to alway praise them for their support. I've been in other dentists offices and you can tell with the amount of turnover they don't respect their Dr. but here, it's compassion and support always.
