What a great experience! Everyone is so friendly! Dr Nasser came recommended by several people and they have great systems to make sure everyone is well aware of every step of the process. Lots of reminders that are useful and unintrusive. When we arrived there was someone there I knew and she said she had been coming there for several months and she was full of compliments for their service. Once we got called in I realized why. They are set up to make it about the patient, they focus their time and attention to making them like being there. Dr Nasser is really good with the kids and shows care. What a great formula. A welcome gift before anything is done, lots of communication with the parents, clear information and very relaxed so you make your moves at your pace and again, I can't stress this enough, making the patient feel at home! Thank you! Well done! We'll update as the process goes.

I've been with Dr Nasser for a year now, and they continue to provide prompt, profession, friendly service. My teeth are progressing quite well. Love the staff and the atmosphere in the place.

Second generation, very satisfied customer. Thankyou Dr Nasser for another happy mouth. Just went in to have a permanent retainer fixed. Got my braces 20 yrs ago. First issue in 20 yrs. That is a testament to the quality of their work. As always, amazing, friendly, fast service.

I mean, 151 5-star reviews kinda speaks for itself; but we will add our experience. I have 2 kids in braces, one that is about to get them. The staff is fantastic; Dr. Nasser has a way of making you feel like you have known him your whole life. They will work with you on deposit if you have multiple kids. The payment plans are easy to change the dates if you need to. Mrs. Joni is always there and with a couple days notice she always comes through. They have 3 locations: Bossier, Shreveport, and once a month treat patients in Springhill; this is why we chose them as we live in Springhill. My oldest teeth look so good already. I definitely recommend.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Soon as you walk in the door Morgan is there to greet you and let you know you have been missed. The technicians seat you and make you feel so special and comfortable. Dr Nassar comes in and greets you with a smile. He has the best treatment for that wonderful smile you are after. I recommend if you need an orthodontist, come here.

I don't know how long they've been established at Dr. Nasser but they've got one great team! If any of them were having a bad day you wouldn't know it. They'll even brighten yours from the moment you walk in.

There always friendly and professional I go out of my way to visit the shreveport office even though I live closer to bossier . Olivia & Morgan are great !

Everything was explained perfectly and we had the pleasure of meeting every staff member that was on duty the 1st time in the office. Very welcoming and no crowded office was a huge plus. Dr Nasser and his staff comes highly recommended and the price was pretty reasonable as well.

When we went to start the braces process, our first appt after consultations, no one prepared us for what was going to happen. It was just more pictures, scans and x-rays. We just finished our 2 nd appt and were told that Dr Nassar was going to go over the procedure in detail and we were going to be presented payment options. They did, but what they did not tell us was that braces were going on this same day. My son is the first in my family to get braces, so I know very little about the procedures involved. I wish they would take this into consideration more to prepare the patient.

Everyone at Dr. Nasser's office was incredibly friendly. His receptionist, his technician, and the doctor himself made me feel right at home. Top notch facility. The treatment I received was efficient and effective. I will definitely be going to Dr. Nasser in the future
