Topsfield Smiles makes going to the dentist something to (almost) look forward to instead of something to dread. From being greeted by the friendliness of Kate and Heidi and the gentle and the thorough cleanings and exams by Emily and Dr. Lee, I feel confident in my choice of provider. Their state-of-the- art technology makes communicating issues more effective and an enormous time-saver because everything is done in office.

Great, as usual. Missy is the best hygienist. She takes the extra time to be thorough and doesn't "stab" you. In addition, I have a severe phobia of the dentist with sensitive teeth, and she makes me feel at ease and even uses warm water for me. Dr. Lee came in to meet me as he bought the practice...super nice.

I was in a bind; an old crown and its surroundings just fell from my mouth for no other reason than it was old. My longtime dentist had just left for vacation. A friend who had seen Dr Lee arranged for me to see him within a couple of hours. Dr Lee was very understanding, personal and seemed well trained in both dentistry and use of contemporary equipment. After a thorough examination Dr Lee developed a plan and fo my current problem, and for the future. I was favorably impressed by all that transpired at my first visit, and on short notice. I will return so he can continue with his plan.

In all my years of going to the dentist, this is the first time that the Doctor did the cleaning himself. The entire experience was actually pleasure-able! He was gentle, speedy and a genuine nice guy. Thank you Dr. Lee - I'll be back.

Today my visit at Topsfield Smiles was very pleasant. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Heidi. I was taken into the treatment room in a timely manner for by semi annual cleaning. Emily did an amazingly job and she was extremely thorough. Nothing but high praise for Topsfield Smiles.

Such a positive experience! I happen to love going to the dentist but for those who don't - do not hesitate to give them a try. Competent and caring professionals who want to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend this practice!

The staff are wonderful, and genuinely nice people. The waiting area and rooms are very clean and well maintained. And Dr. Lee is easy to relax around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
