I was without a dentist, and made an emergency appointment to see Dr Henley. They were able to work me in within a couple of hours, even though I had never visited their office before. I had tremendous anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Henley and her staff were all incredibly patient and kind. They worked quickly to figure out what issues I may be dealing with, and provided me with a couple of possible solutions. The next day, I received a call from Dr. Henley checking in to see how I was feeling. It's so rare to have such a personal and caring experience with a medical professional. I have found a new dentist in Knoxville, and cannot recommend them enough. What a wonderful first experience!

Always provides excellent service in all areas. They are always extremely detailed and thorough in all work from cleaning to fillings/crowns as well as more complicated procedures. Your options are always explained and there is never a sales approach to any procedure. It's always about what is best for the patient. Highly recommended.
