Dr Paulette Soltis-Hamilton was born and raised in Throop Pa. She started her dental career as a DentalHygienist.After 10 years of working as a periodontal therapist she attended Temple Dental School and graduated with her Doctor of DentalMedicineDegree in 1997.
Dr Soltis- Hamilton has attended Pittsburgh Dental School for continuing education in periodontal surgery and is a member of a professional study group which requires participation in post grad seminars and monthly meetings. Such commitments have resulted in her acquisition of considerably more professional credits than is required by the state.
Sarah Malewich EFDA/CDA/Office Manager has working in the dental field for over 18 years. She has been employed by Dr. Soltis-Hamilton for over 7 years. She enlisted in the United States Air Force in 2000 and served as active duty until 2003. Sarah earned her certification as a dental assistant from the USAF technical school in 2001. When she was honorably discharged, Sarah worked for a year in a pedodontist office. In 2004, Sarah became a dental assistant for Dr. Paulette Soltis-Hamilton. In 2007, while still employed full time by Dr. Hamilton, she went on to expand her knowledge and enrolled in Luzerne County Community Colleges evening/weekend Expanded Function Dental Assistant Program. Sarah completed her certificate and became a licensed EFDA in 2008.
In 2010 Sarah relocated to North Carolina. While living in N.C. Sarah worked in 2 multidisciplinary dental practices. While working full time she studied and passed her Dental Assisting National Board exam. In 2017 Sarah and her family moved back to Pennsylvania, and resumed working with Dr. Soltis-Hamilton as an EFDA/CDA/Office Manager.
Sarah is married to John Malewich. They have a daughter Emily and a yellow lab Kurt. On their free time they enjoy activities such as traveling, bowling, walking, weekend trips to a family members lake house in N.Y. and actively volunteering and serving at their church.
Holly Morrison, EFDA graduated from Blue Ridge High School in 2007 and then attended Mansfield University for 2 years. She received her Associates Degree in Expanded Function Duty Assisting in 2010 from Fortis Institute, graduating with honors. Shortly after graduating from Fortis in 2010, Holly was hired by Dr. Paulette Soltis-Hamilton as a full-time EFDA and she has also become responsible for fabricating our nightguards and other lab work that is needed for our patients. She is an extremely hard-working, conscientious and caring individual.
Holly and her husband Justin have their precious dog Luna and Hollys horse Casino. She loves to be at the barn and riding Casino. Holly enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, reading science articles, listening to music, vacationing in the Carolinas and will never pass on a Pathfinder of Dungeons and Dragons Game!
