I have had very good care at Dr. Paul's office. I have had 4 extractions at a total cost of $350. However, the Ritz-Carlton it is Not! Frills come with elevated costs! I have Never had any Pain with my care at Dr. Paul's office!

I went one time 2 years agoans had no work done except xrays and cleaning which my insurancecovers annually. Went back recently for appointment to see about a tooth being pulled and I had no clue I had a balance of $113 from 2 years ago. No phone call ever in 2 years and nothing in mail. Never told me about it when I called to schedule my appointment for this time either. I was willing to pay but when I questioned billing charges and ask to call my insurance 1st to see what happened the officer Manger, Kathy was extremely hateful and rude. She even was hateful when I ask where bathroom was. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I left and will not return due to this. No need for it!! FYI ONCE MY INSURANCE CALLS BACK TODAY I AM SENDING ANY BALANCE OWED AND WASHING MY HANDS OF THIS PLACE.

Dr. Paul is awesome. Very quick and painless. I go back on the 7th for another wisdom tooth removal. He also didn't make me feel bad for having horrible teeth.

Dr.Paul was amazing. I had to have several teeth removed. He did it in two visits and took care to stich them up. Then I was prepared for the dentures. It took several visits but well worth it. My new dentures fit perfect. Staff was very polite and wait times very minimal. Thank you Dr. Paul and staff!!!

They make your face not hurt anymore, it's a good place to go if you don't want to be terrified of the dentist at a young age, and if you already are as well. The Dr is quick and k own what he is doing and will explain everything you have a question on.

Set my 3rd visit today and I absolutely love Dr Paul and his staff. They are quick, kind, and do an amazing job there. I will continue to use Dr. Paul for all my dental needs.

I absolutely adore the staff here. They their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I've had 9 teeth pulled so far with no problems at all. Dr. Paul is very quick and efficient but is also gentle and very caring. The only down side is like a few people have mentioned before, they are located in an older building and are very nonstop busy. Regardless, I would highly recommend. Plus, he's one of the only dentists that I've seen that is open regularly on the weekends. I don't have to take time off work to be able to get my teeth done. The last plus I have is he's the only dentists within 3 hours of me in Illinois that will take the medical card.

I can't thank Dr.Paul and his staff enough for the great job they did with me. Will never ever go to anyone else. Pulled all my teeth with no pain. I love my new ones. Thank you all.
