A native of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, Dr. Innis graduated from Brigham Young University in 1982. He received his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1987.
After working as an associate in two Oregon dental practices, Dr. Innis and his family moved to Park City in 1989 where he established his dental practice in Prospector Square. He served patients at that location for 19 years. In 2008, he moved to a new state-of-the-art facility on the north side of Kimball Junction.
Dr. Innis commitment to outstanding patient care and staying up to date on the latest scientific and clinical developments is shown in his extensive and thorough continuing education. He also is actively involved in professional dental organizations. He served as president of the Salt Lake District Dental Society in 2004. He also served for four years on the scientific committee of the Utah Dental Association. Dr. Innis is an active member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, Wasatch Back Dental Society, and the Pierre Fouchard Academy.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Innis can be found spending time with his family, skiing in the winter, and biking and hiking in the other seasons, and serving in his church. He and his wife Laureen are proud parents of 5 children.
Aubrey has been a dental hygienist for 6 years and loves her job! Aubrey completed pre-dental at Dixie State University and received her Bachelors Degree and anesthesia licensing through Utah College of Dental Hygiene. Aubrey is known for her gentle and thorough care. She was awarded Sigma Phi Alpha for best patient care out of her graduating class. Aubrey is a long time local in Park City and is now married and has a happy energetic daughter! She loves spending time with her family and being outside biking, hiking, boating and skiing!
Mariah has worked in the health care industry since 1999. She joined Dr. Innis in 2006 as a dental assistant. Since that time she has advanced to Office Manager and Financial & Treatment Coordinator, responsible for staff coordination and clinical and financial management. She takes pride in every patient who walks through the door, ensuring they have a pleasant and comfortable experience. When not in the office, Mariah loves being outdoors, skiing, boating, hiking, and spending time with her three young boys and husband.

I LOVE this guy. I recently went in for a little cosmetic dentistry and he was able to quickly do a perfect job and even added a couple of little extras that I wouldn't have thought of. In addition, I mentioned another non-dental related issue that I was having and he made a suggestion of how to resolve it and IT WORKED! His demeanor is very pleasant and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Innis repaired a broken tooth for me.... I called on Thursday, and the office was able to squeeze me in and take care of everything the following Monday. Even though the office was extremely busy, I felt I was cared for as if I were the only patient. (Further, I was bracing myself for a crown, but Dr. Innis was able to repair the existing tooth. Amazing!)

I think this is the third time that I submitted a review online. My experience with Dr. Innis was exactly what a new patient hopes for. The front office was friendly and professional, and the dental assistant was kind and comforting. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Innis. I could tell instantly that I was in good and soft hands. He treated my issue with the most simplistic solution and sent me on my way with a very fair amount for a fee. I have to say I'm not certain every dentist would have been so honest. My issue could have gone in several other not as pleasant directions. I'm grateful to have found a new dentist.
