I was referred by another dentist to see Dr. Kaiser due to dental trauma of my front teeth caused by my dogs rough housing. He was amazing! Explained how he could help, what he was going to do at the morning appointment and had me return in the afternoon. He had a splint (tooth molding) for me to wear until we get this all figured out. I have had prior anxiety about dental procedures, he was so laid back and easy to talk to. He even stayed after they were closed to help fix the mouth piece to fit me the way he wanted it so it would help the upper teeth heal. Highly suggested. They don't take insurance but will give you the claim to file it and be reimbursed (in case anyone has insurance needs/preference).

The absolute best experience I've ever had with a dentist/orthodontist. Words can't describe. Thank God for Dr. Kaiser and his staff.

Love Dr. Kaiser. Amazing staff and person. I drove up from Blacksburg needing a new retainer desperately. Dr.Kaiser is giving me a new retainer and fixing my teeth! I told all my friends to come here and see Dr.Kaiser for their amazing work and good music!

"Oh my gosh! GREAT Orthodontist !Very good "bedside manner" Dr.Kaiser explains everything very well and gives you time to ask Questions . He and his staff are all top notch! And they have reasonable payment plans.Wonderful atmosphere , knowledgeable and friendly staff.Very pleased with the excellent customer service I receive from everyone.Dr.Kaiser is so cool . Highly recommend !"

They over book appointments. You get there on time for an appointment and wait forever. They have even called to move an appointment time up and we got there on time and still had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

I was referred to Dr. Kaiser from a fiend in school. I got an appointment and was treated great with a warming in my heart. Very gentle personality with a great choice of music. My favorite place to go and would recommend to anyone looking for a good price and outstanding treatment.

Dr.Kaiser and his staff are awesome..... Great atmosphere, GREAT MUSIC, and all around great place to get your smile right. Thanks to Dr. Kaiser for taking over the care of my daughter's teeth, if it wasn't for him fixing the way another office messed her teeth up with the braces she already had she wouldn't have a pretty smile. I highly recommend this office to anyone in this area and surrounding areas to check him out.

Dr. Kaiser is the best orthodontist in Roanoke, probably in VA, most likely in the U.S., maybe the World. My daughter's teeth are looking spectacular. What a tremendous difference from past to present! Wow, and he has phenomenal associates working with him. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Thanks Dr. Kaiser!

We LOVE Dr. Kaiser! He is taking care of my son's braces now but he's also done my sister's and my son's father. Not only does he do a great job giving people a perfect smile, the environment he works in is amazing. He always has music going and everyone there is having a great time and you can tell that his employees love what they do. I often think to myself if I didn't already have a job I would totally love to work at this place!

I'm a young patient. dr k is so funny and is very gentle with my braces. I like that cares about us. I love his game room and computers in the waiting room and my teeth!
