Dr. Nancy loves practicing all aspects of dentistry including routine dental examinations, restorative procedures, dental surgeries, orthodontics and facial aesthetics. As the child of Cuban immigrants, Dr. Nancy was born in NJ and moved to Miami, FL with her family at the age of 11. She is fluent in Spanish and loves treating children and those with special needs. She recently adopted a teenage boy from Colombia and loves spending time with her son and their two Goldendoodles.

Dr. Patty, a highly trained and world-class expert cosmetic dentist, obtained her undergrad degree at Florida State University, with a B.S. in Biology. She went on to attend and complete Dental School at the University of Michigan to obtain a DDS. In addition, she completed her Residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Patty has also trained extensively with some of the most respected cosmetic dental specialists in the industry at well-recognized institutions.

Dr. Nancy Vazquez received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and then went to complete her General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital with extensive training in dental trauma. She is gentle, empathic, and always eager to go beyond expectations. She also has a passion for working with children and those with special needs. Nancy was born in New Jersey as the child of Cuban immigrants and is fluent in Spanish. She moved to Miami, Florida with her family at the age of 11. While growing up, Nancy was an avid dancer and gymnast; but often found herself trying new things and pushing her boundaries to stay well-rounded. UPDATED REVIEW: Ok been with them a few months now and things are becoming unnecessary. Not returning phone calls, scheduling appointments but not telling me, suggesting unnecessary dental work, and encouraging an unnecessary number of cleanings per year (which you will need to pay out of pocket) are just a few. I have very healthy teeth and have had two dentists in the last 4 years who never suggested I need all this. Definitely go get a second or third opinion before paying this office anything! ORIGINAL REVIEW: One of the best dentists I've ever had! They first welcomed me as a team when I walked in for my first appointment. Then they educated me on some aspects of dental hygiene I've never heard of. The patient bedside manner was immaculate. The facility is welcoming and clean. Very professional overall. Not to mention the female staff is fine af!!! Lol! I'm happy to have found a new dentist for my new move to the area. Highly recommended! AND NO HIDDEN FEES!

While the customer service is good, this practice definitely pushes an artificial look to your teeth. Case in point: they recommend medically unnecessary procedures and the fake teeth look popular with certain groups in South Florida. If you want your teeth to look like you had them done instead of something unique, healthy, and natural, then this is your dental practice. I encourage everyone to get a second opinion from other providers before agreeing to any procedure here outside of a regular cleaning.

First and foremost, the staff is amazing. Personally, I had neglected my teeth and was embarrassed and nervous to have everything fixed. It was important to me to be in a comfortable environment. Both the office and the staff made me feel very at ease. They are very friendly and did a great job. Very happy with my experience so far and to have found a dental office to be consistent with!

I am very displeased with the customer service at Dr. Patty's. While the actual procedure that I went there for gave me great results, the customer service is less than satisfactory and I will not be going back. The first time you go there, they treat you great and then once your a patient, that all goes out the door. I went for an appointment (got there early), sat there for 45 minutes, no one checked on me, when I finally spoke up, they said it would be longer and they couldn't say when, that the scheduling company they used messed up and double booked Dr. Patty. I left because I had to go to work, they said they would call me to reschedule and never did, until I did myself. When I finally went, they tried to charge me a fee that they assured me I wouldn't be charged and was never discussed. Dr. Patty confronted her assistant in front of me about the fee, which was very unprofessional and I felt very badly for the assistant even if it was her fault. The first time I went for the procedure, they gave me a ice pack, made sure all was well before I left. The second time, they didnt do any of this because they clearly were mad at me for speaking up about the fee. I have no problem paying a fee, but only if I am told of it in advanced and not tricked. I never write reviews, but this time is necessary. I am not writing anything that I didn't directly tell them myself. It is a shame because I loved my results. Adding on to my review now that it has been almost 2 weeks since I receive the 2nd half of my treatment. The results were no where near what they were the first time. I strongly believe that I was screwed and did not receive the full number of units that I was supposed to receive the 2nd time as I did the 1st. The first time I had great results, and the units were placed in both my jaws in multiple areas and in the back of my neck. The second time, none were placed in the back of my neck, and only a few in my jaw. I have a feeling that because I put up a fight about the fee, and they didnt charge me because they screwed up, they in return did not give me the full units of Dysport that I paid for because I havent had any results. All together, its been an awful experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. April Patterson aka Dr. Patty and her team. I started going to Dr. Patty's Dental Boutique about 9 months ago, initially for veneers. I was told at the time that I had other dental issues that needed to be addressed...and was subsequently provided with a treatment plan. Well, let's fast forward: when I saw Dr. Patty a few months later to follow up re: my gums, she examined my teeth and gums and immediately shared with me that there were serious concerns w.my gums that needed to be addressed Immediately...before any additional cosmetic treatments etc. I was actually quite impressed with her confident and calming manner. I needed her to be clear because deep inside I knew I had issues and I knew that I'd been putting off very important dental work for a few years (and then along comes the global pandemic, making matters worse). This was the first time I heard AND listened to a dentist. She made sure I understood any proposed treatment. Needless to say, since that visit a few months ago I've had "LANAP" to address my periodontal issues and I've had several unstable old mercury fillings replaced with crowns, as well as a new veneer which had been impactedby my receding gums. I have a few more procedures that need to be taken care of...and my goal is to have those things completed before this summer. I want to add that I have dental anxiety from "traumatic dental procedures" over the years; and I ask a LOT of questions. I probably text Dr. Patty's a few times a week while preparing for procedures or for after-care questions. And guess what... they respond! Dr. Patty is professional, confident, and I respect her. Rest assured, she also has a soft touch and makes sure you're comfortable before and after the procedures. And get this: she has called me the morning after the work that she's done to see how I'm feeling because she's aware of how I feel about Dental work. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Narkeita, dental hygienist extraordinaire, my new "auntie" Susie (ha!), and the rest of Dr. Patty's team. They are a Joy. That Is All
