Very easy to work with and understanding, i came from another orthodontist out of the country and they made the transition extremely easy for me.

I first saw Dr. Wyatt when I was a child and got braces. Now, I've had one teen get them and get them off, and a younger pre-teen get braces on and still has them on. We did get estimates from another office, but it was much higher for the same treatment plan. Overall we have all been happy with the services and scheduling available. I always recommend Dr. Wyatt to friends looking for an orthodontist.

I've been receiving treatment from Dr.Wyatt Orthodontics since March of 2020. I'm originally from jersey where I originally had my braces installed but I transferred treatment in VA. Originally I came into the office with spaces and a broken bracket. Luckily Wyatt was able to give me powerchains because I definitely needed them to close my gaps but I still had a broken bracket. I felt it was wrong to put powerchains over a broken bracket was wrong but he's the ortho so I figured he knew more than me regarding my teeth. Months later my teeth began shifting unevenly and still powerchains were being placed over my teeth instead of a proper repair. Usually in practices you have the opportunity to get small repairs when needed my wires were falling apart, I had four broken brackets and neither appointment were they fixed I was getting brushed off every opportunity. It was either "there's no time" or "I don't have equipment". Powerchains were continuously placed on my teeth. As things got worse Wyatt reccomended me to get my braces off and use retainers to correct my teeth which sounded sus. So instead I'm deciding to transfer once again to correct these issues because I cannot afford braces again. This was a nightmare and ruined my self-esteem abit with and I only got brushed off, my bottoms are shifted and I just couldn't take it anymore. The only benefit I received from this practice was closed spaces. My braces were literally falling apart for months and nothing was being done. Your experience can be different from mine but broken brackets, lose wires and quick repairs isn't really something you can get help with. I went half a year with broken brackets, loose wires and Wyatt gave me nothing but excuses. I have to go through six additional months and I was suppose to be done by this month please do EXTRA research while trying to settle for an ortho in the Hampton Roads.
