Dr. Jaimes was really gentle and did an outstanding job explaining what i needed to do to have healthy teeth. She would be a great dentist for kids and adults alike. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends. Probably the best experience i have had with a dentist.

Dr. Patty Jaimes was very professional with a personal flare. She bought teeth and gum health in my visit along with family conversation.

Dr. Patricia Jaimes did such a wonderful job with a recent extraction of a tooth which was causing me issues. The entire procedure was painless and she gave me thorough explanations of each step she was performing. She was very responsive to my body language, to know if I was getting uncomfortable in any way, and making adjustments. My family and I have been going to this office and have seen Dr Bannon for more than two decades now! It's great to see a new member of their staff as gentle and as knowledgeable as I've been accustomed to for all these years!

Absolutely amazing! Won't go to another regular dentist ever again. Game changer for those who fear the dentist. You'll love it! Staff is kind and understanding. Dr. Bannon is extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Treats the whole person, not just the mouth.

Amazing and sweet practice. We had an emergency while traveling and they took care of my daughter quickly.

I've been going to the same dentist since the 80's. Need I say anything more?

Dr. Bannon's office is the "Tesla or BMW" of dentistry. Staff is genuinely friendly, personable, and good. It is always high quality care, up-to-date equipment, and staff does a great job coaching patients in preventative care that I find valuable. I had a cleaning yesterday but I have also had Dr. Bannon replace fillings at other times and their quality and attention to detail is outstanding (for example, the local anesthetic for the fillings is super- thorough and kept discomfort to a minimum.). They take their time and see each patient as a unique person. I feel grateful to have found Dr. Bannon.

Edit after office response: I had told you my insurance became effective on August 1st, and that I couldn't make the appointment that day (as in 7/19) because of my work schedule not being available yet. THAT is when you informed me you wouldn't be able to see me "anyway" until September. Please do not make it seem like I was asking for anything unreasonable. In reference to helping me find a specialist, all that was given was a phone number and an *incorrect* address. And really, you wasted me $150 and my time. So no, that wasn't helpful. Also, I told you I was in pain and waiting till September was quite a long time for someone who needed a root canal. You flat out told me you couldn't do anything for me because I wasn't an existing patient. Do you really think I wouldn't ask for you to fit me in before September when I need a root canal? You handled this incorrectly. And even if I did want Dr Bannon as a DDS, I wouldn't trust you with my appointments or financials. Do better. I called mid July for an emergency appointment was referred to the Endo Dr he refers to regularly because he was on vacation (Dr. Bannon- fine, everyone needs breaks). I went to my appointment, had X-ray, explained the pain I was in and was shown I had one tooth that was into the root, causing the daily pain and needed a root canal. Which btw wasn't easy because I am disabled and have trauma due to dental experiences. Flash forward when the DDS comes back and I am getting calls and VMs from Dr Bannons office to come in. I finally catch one of these calls and let the person know that I haven't called because of my insurance not becoming effective till the 1st and that my work schedule was out. Well, she stopped me and told me they weren't going to be able to see me till September. Over a month away, I was shocked, said I'd find another place and hung up. Then I started thinking about it. I've been in the dental field and we had emergencies come in within 24 to 48 hours so I called back and asked her to see if this was an "emergency appointment" or an "new patient" appointment. And she said it didn't matter, Her earliest was over a month away. I got excuses like... "We are catching up from Covid" or "We need to leave those appointments open in case for existing patients" Then she read me the email from the endo, eluding that because it didn't sound like an emergency, she wasn't able to fit me in. THIS is why people don't go to the dentist. THIS is why people with disabilities have trauma and aren't taken seriously when they have medical problems. I have to wait SIX WEEKS because some doctors note didn't seems urgent enough? I'm in constant pain. Now I have to pay to get my records and X-rays from one Dr. I never even planned on seeing because no one bothered to tell me I'd have to live in pain for weeks before I would set FOOT in Dr Bannons office. I know it's bad, I didn't really need to pay someone $150 to tell me that and send me back to an unhelpful office. Amy, is her name I'm pretty sure. If not she is working the day shift today 7/19/21. She was not helpful in anyway. I don't care if it's her job or not. She needs to personally do better at communicating with people and the office needs to do better and stop looking at patients as money and when they call the office with emergencies, TELL THEM YOU DONT HAVE THE AVAILABILITY. It's cruel not to. I thought I could trust Dr Bannon because he was my pediatric DDS and now I distrust dentists and their staff even more. Great work guys.

Dr. Bannon does excellent work. He really cares about his patients, and has fixed some issues I have had that have been created by other dentists. His entire staff is kind and very professional. I wouldn't trust the health of my teeth to any other DDS.

Many dentists out there, but not easy finding one as qualified and compassionate as Dr Bannon and his crew! I took for granted the excellent care that I received from him for many years, until I moved out of state! In the years living out of state and visiting several dentists (with bad experiences) It was a very easy decision for me to travel back to Downers Grove Illinois to have some extensive work done by Dr Bannon and his faithful crew around him! Can only tell you that in this rush around and make a buck world we live in, It's becoming harder and harder to find quality people that actually care about you, and are not only thinking of dollar signs! Cannot imagine a day when Dr. Bannon is not practicing dentistry any longer!

Dr. Bannon and his staff are always welcoming with a smile and warm greeting. They take the time to explain what's going on and what needs to be done. They go above and beyond with the latest technology and information. I've referred three patients to him for evaluation and all have been grateful for the care they have received. Thank you Dr. Bannon and everyone Dr Korwitts
