Dr. Parks is a standout in his profession. The experience with his office was exceptional from the very first phone call. Each team member was well trained and educated to allow for a smooth and easy process. Dr. Parks also makes sure that the customer is fully educated on the entire process to alleviate any fears associated with oral surgery. My son's wisdom teeth just started to come in a couple of days ago and one was clearly getting infected where he could barely talk. We got an appointment same day and after I expressed my concern about the infected tooth, he looked at it and decided to take it out immediately. I was so pleased with his confidence in his area of expertise and his decisiveness to take control of the situation. I will be telling everyone that Dr. Parks is the only oral surgeon to see in East Texas!

I thought I had paid a balance that was over due and I received a letter that was very rude and unprofessional saying I HAD to pay or "further action will be made." I am unemployed because of covid and a broke young adult that is living on her own and can't afford to pay a bill that isn't part of my living situation, but I tried calling to make a payment and the lady was very rude and hung up on me so I called back and then she wants to tell me that they are closed and I need to call back Monday. If the office is closed why are you answering phone calls??

When I was told I needed an oral surgeon to remove two teeth, out of fear And cost I put it off as long as I could. I finally researched the referral's my dentist gave me and I have to say, these reviews made my decision! I would like to post my review in hopes of helping others. What I thought was going to be just consult for major oral surgery and thousands of dollars... ended up being..."we can take you now, it will take about 15 minutes"...and less that $200 on my part! They are everything everyone says! No pain whatsoever!!!... quick and helpful! Why did I wait so long???

Dr. Parks in an absolute amazing oral surgeon. He and his staff are so very professional and personable. My experience has been awesome and I highly recommend Dr. Parks to anyone needing this level of dentistry care.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. Parks was very kind, caring and very good at his job! I felt zero pain, and everyone made sure I was comfortable every second I was there!

Both my twin daughters had their wisdom teeth out with Dr. Parks. He and the office staff were very professional and did a fantastic job. The girls had a very fast recovery too!

Dr.parks and his staff are amazing! I have had alot of teeth removed by Dr.Parks including all 4 wisdom hes quick to the point very fast and great at what he does he is definetely THE surgeon of all surgeons! They take great care of their patients! I highly reccomend them for any dental work! Thanks guys!

The easiest trip to a dentist I have ever experienced. All wisdom teeth removed in one session, completely painless. Dr. Parks is very concise and his entire staff is very caring and friendly. I even recieved a post-op care package with instructions on recovery. Thanks Dr. Parks!

I had to have 6 teeth out. I was terrified but my dentist Dr Freeman insisted this guy was good. And boy was he right his staff is amazing. I was in quick and home before I knew it. I was insisted to be put to sleep which I did I never felt the needle for the iv nothing. If I ever need anymore work or friends need work I will definitely recommend him!
