Everyone in the office is GREAT! The LADYS have always been there to Help me when I needed it. I had a lot of Mouth & teeth problems, DR. EVETEST & THE LADYS have all been with me And took care of me very well, EXSPECIAL SHANNAN!! Thank You Gianina

Front office staff is very bad, nothing is good there. Bad environment, don't care about people who are in swear pain, just care about there schedule even someone is in bad pain. Overall Don't go there.

My experience was absolutely bad. The girl in front CONSIDERS herself a manager Ashley, and applies her own fees and diagnoses what needs to be done. The only reason we go to Dr. Everest is because my dad has known him since they came from India. We been giving him business many business. First we were asked to come in at 10:00 didn't get to go In back almost at 11. As soon as she came out prices were set without taking a look by the doctor. She then stated that he needs a molar and root canal without asking the doctor. Second I mentioned my dad didn't feel comfortable in the back that he asked me to be here and she repeatedly was being very rude told me to leave or we are never making any appointments in the future. The dental assistant was great she allowed me to go in the back and speak to the doctor what procedure can be done. Gave us options and the doctor stated we were getting an extraction. As I was standing in the waiting room I was stated that the extraction was 123.00 I believe couple of seconds into the extraction while she was sitting in front without asking Doctor, Ashley diagnosed I believe this is an oral extraction. My first job was at a dental office and I never met any form of a girl or receptionist have such authority. I'm not sure who Shannon is but hopefully she is a manager and hears this out. She was polite on the phone. The abuse towards Indians need to stop. I just spoke to my friend Who is a Dentist in Australia he said that is bad behavior and that Ashley charged us more than we should be. An extraction can be hard or easy but price shouldn't change unless a surgery is done which we did not. Molars are 6,7,8. Tooth 3 is canine, 4 is a pre molar. An extraction price shouldn't change and pre molars are easiest to remove within 5 minutes. And Ashley changes price on me and said that oh this is taking too long so another 110 extra.

They put in 19 fillings and 6 root canals within 2 months before my medical expired when i was 18 yrs old and every single root canal got infected and or fell out now i am having to get implants because they were not salvageable. I called to ask for some helo with my new work falling apart and they did nothing to help. Terrible save yourself dont go here.
