Her office rarely answers the phone despite their office hours being advertised on Google and her site as being open. I have been trying to get my daughter's tooth fixed for 2 months and its a hassle to get it resolved. The first appointment was a consultation and the temporary fix lasted 2 days. I leave messages, no call back.

A 2 1/2 would had been my rating. A few months ago, she did help me with teeth cleaning and referrals to procedures I needed. Her and the staff is friendly for the most part as well. She is just slightly heavy handed and recently I had a crown issue that is still current. My crown came off after eating, had came back 2 days later and still problems with it being uncomfortable. I paid a vast amount of money for the appointment/crown just to come off then having to wait. Anyways, for the 3 or 4 appointments I had, the experience was fair. Thank you!

Dr.Hymes is wonderful person, that listen to your concerns she's the best when it comes to the injections, she should be listed in the Guinness's Book's of world Records, thanks very much for your help in my Darkest Hours may Allah God keep Blessing you, Kerry muhammad-El

I called in January 2021 to get one of my two yearly cleanings and the first appointment they gave me was October 2021. My two previous visits were great with Dr Hylmes. What is a Patron to do if you can't get an appointment?

Dr Hymes is good. Office seems outdated with technology today. Front office ok. Billing is behind with dealing with insurance. I believe the dental problem could have been caught if technology was better. Now loosing a tooth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pamela Hymes for over 15 years. She is the sweetest Dentist I know, who actually cares about her patients. I would recommend her like she was recommended to me.

I had a very good first time dental cleaning visit with Dr. Hymes. She was very thorough in her initial exam/assessment, provided an easy to follow continued cleaning plan for me. She imparted a lot of routine cleaning knowledge and listened to my needs as a patient. She really seems like a dentist who has a passion for her profession.The only constructive feedback I have is to request that patients be notified of appointment back-ups. After having waited some time, I asked the staff to provide an approximate extended wait time for me. It was at that point that I was notified of the back-up. Just as the office ask that patients be mindful of their time by being on time, it is only right that the office display value for the time of it's patients.

I had the worst experience. I would not go there again. Dr. Hymes does not know what she is doing.

Dr. Hymes: I hope you take time to read this review, and except the feedback as a chance to make changes in order to better your practice and those working for you. Good luck! Me and my family just moved to the Maryland area and needed a new dentist. Unfortunately Our experience at Dr. Hymes office was the worst. The front office staff was rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming. The seats were dirty and the leather was peeling. The hygienist was pleasurable however, the office where the cleaning took place was disgusting. There was stuff all over the desk and floor and it smelled of greasy fast food. The actual dentist then took over. Her office was also disgusting. There was an oxygen tank nozzle on the floor that appeared to have dry, crusted blood on it. There was a bucket sitting on top of a shelf that appeared to have towels that were soiled with body fluids. The dentist chair that the paitents sit on was so gross that me and my family didn't want to sit on it. I do not see how this practice is still open. I am also disappointed at Dominion National and Kaiser, that they would have this office as one of the options for their memebers dental care.

My experience at Dr. Pamela Hymes, DDS dental pracitice was exceptional. The atmosphere is delightful, professional, friendly and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The receptionist was courteous, the Dental Hygenist-Donna was phenomenal & Dr. Hymes was cool, kind, knowledgeable & relaxing. I felt like I was in good hands and I wasn't nervous. They made me feel at ease and I laughed alot. My dental experience was painless. If you're looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend going to Dr. Hymes, you will not regret it!
