Hi, I would highly not recommend you to visit this Doctor. Dr Pamela Revel is making money on her customers. She is not treating but crating problems to your healthy teeth. I came to her clinic to only do annual teeth cleaning and because I had little crack in one of my teeth. But she drilled everyone of my healthy molar teeth both on the left and right side even the one that was under the crown. It is untelling how many holes she made in all of my teeth 9, 10..... And she did not close those holes appropriately. She created cavities where food gets stuck . Neither one of those teeth that she drilled were hurting and now the tooth that was under the crow is hurting. She recommended me to go to the other clinic and said that it will cost me over $1000 to fix the damage that she made by drilling it. My front teeth that she was cleaning are also hurting. When I got me a mirror with magnifier I saw that I have scraper marks on my teeth at the areas where she was cleaning. The one tooth that I had crack still has this crack on it and I can feel it with my tongue. When it was numb I could not feel it. It will probably cost me fortune to fix all damages she made to my teeth if it is still possible to fix anything. I had to go to this clinic because I've lost my job and I had medicare plan that would not be accepted by my regular clinic and other clinics. I would recommend you to stay away from Dr Revel if you want to keep your teeth!!!!!!!!!!!! With the friendly smile on their faces Dr Revel and her husband/assistant will damage all they can in your mouth. I will never go to any clinic without recommendation from my friends or coworkers.

Do not recommend. I went here because my dentist did not take my new insurance. I made an appt. because I was experiencing pain. Since I was pregnant they did not want to do anything for me. I ended up finding a dentist in Lexington that has been super great and was able to fill my tooth! I was not happy with the cleaning they did either. It was lazy.

I have been going to Dr.Revel for a long time, she Is soft spoken, efficient, and schedules you right in. Definitely a family place. Always works with insurance's. My whole family goes to her!

Do not recommend. I went here because my dentist did not take my new insurance. I made an appt. because I was experiencing pain. Since I was pregnant they did not want to do anything for me. I ended up finding a dentist in Lexington that has been super great and was able to fill my tooth! I was not happy with the cleaning they did either. It was lazy.

My wife and I went there today for a routine check up and teeth cleaning. We were able to get an appointment with only 10 days notice whereas several other dental offices I called were booked until next month. The lady at the front who checked us in was very polite and professional and the technician who took our x-rays was extremely friendly and bubbly. The dentist, Dr. Revel, was awesome, she personally did our exam and cleaning and was incredibly friendly and very thorough, she gave us good advice on our dental needs and was even fun to talk with, her and my wife had a great conversation. Overall very pleased with our experience, will definitely be coming back and recommending others.

HORRIBLE "bedside manner". Every time I went (and I went there bc my family always had).... they complained about Medicaid or groaned in disgust at the condition of my teeth. My teeth aren't perfect....they are white, all intact and straight. She actually asked me if I had "a problem with Diet Coke and/or meth" in one sentence. Seriously so unprofessional.... also I feel like one is worse than the other. My new dentist was appalled when I told her this story and said "yeah. You have a couple of cavities.... but you also didn't have insurance for a few years and certainly don't have 'meth mouth'" That was the last time I went. Also. She did a filling that was so large that it was done almost 2 years ago-- hurts and now I'm fighting a tooth abscess which I have NEVER had in my life. Instead of telling me just how bad this cavity was that had never had a filling in it in my 32 years and offering to pull it like any proper dentist would. The last time she did a "cleaning" she didn't even floss my teeth. Save yourself some anger and go to a dentist that actually cares....ie-not dr. Revel.

If the fear of going to a dentist is why you don't go then give Pam Revel a try its not like it used to be when you go to the dentist and feel like you have been beat up after your visit.
