Pamela Steiger, D.M.D. (Dr. Pam) is an exceptional,Board Certified Orthodontist who is sincerely devoted to her profession. Her commitment to excellence shines through on a daily basis as she treats her patients with the latest treatment innovations at the highest standard of care.
Dr. Pam was born and raised in Boca Raton, FL. After graduating from Spanish River High School, she went on to attend the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree. She then pursued her dream of becoming an Orthodontist by obtaining both Dental and Orthodontics degrees from Nova Southeastern University. She also achieved her Masters in Science through completion of a post-graduate thesis entitled An In Vitro Comparison of Three Orthodontic Sliding Retraction Methods.
Dr. Pam graduated at the top of her class and was the recipient of the exclusive Chancellors Award for demonstrating the characteristics of Scholarship, Leadership, Integrity, Humanity and Loyalty to the profession. She was also inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society.
As an Orthodontic specialist, Dr. Pam limits her scope of treatment entirely to Orthodontics. As a result, she is uniquely qualified to diagnose, prevent and treat orthodontic problems. Dr. Pam creates healthy, beautiful smiles for patients of all ages. Her advanced education and clinical experience allows her to determine the appropriate treatment necessary to meet each individuals treatment needs and goals. She also performs the most up-to-date and advanced treatment techniques in order to provide her patients with the best outcome possible. Dr. Pam is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Florida Association of Orthodontists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.
Pamela is married to Dr. Jacob Steiger, Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. They currently reside in Boca Raton. Pamela looks forward to giving back to the community that supported her throughout her endeavors.

They explained everything to me about the invisalign process and gave me all the info I needed in order to make an informed decision. - Very thorough & reasonable prices. No hidden fees, all encompassing treatment plan - they make it simple! - It's a joy walking through the door and Dr. Pam knows what's up since the office is very clean/modern, and plenty of classic Seafoam Green decor. - Highly recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy Orthodontist!

Dr. Pam and her office staff is AMAZING!! My son enjoyed every visit. Today was the day to get his braces removed. The staff remembered a previous conversation about him wanting popcorn and they surprised him with the popcorn for this visit. What a great surprise and amazing service. I would recommend Dr. Pam to everyone!!!

I had such an incredible experience with Dr.Pam! Dr. Pam and her staff are nothing short of amazing. I started my journey of Invisalign about 1.5 years ago. During the entire process Dr. Pam and her staff have been extremely professional and punctual. Daniella in particular has been great to work with. The office is immaculate and modern. Any questions I had throughout the process Dr. Pam answered them right away. You can tell she clearly excelled in her field and there has not been a single time where I doubted her abilities. She is honestly the best orthodontist I have ever met. My case hasn't been the easiest as I am timing things up with a few other procedures that I need to get done. Dr. Pam has worked with me on everything and she has always been understating. Needless to say my bite is finally correct and my teeth are finally straight! I am very pleased with the entire experience and actually kind of bummed it's almost over, lol. Thank you so much Dr. Pam and the team!
