Stay away save yourself the misery I have a horrendous experience with this place. I went in needing a lot of dental work. I was seen by the dentist and then taken to a room where I was told how much it would cost to get my dental work done. They played good cop bad cop. Jackie gave me a quote which was out of this world. I said I have insurance. I was about to walk out when the Dr. came in and the price went down somewhat. I was in a lot of pain and had a very bad infection in my mouth so I was desperate to have the work done. I was sent to this Dr. by my insurance company. I agreed to a payment plan and had the work started. Jackie then went on to exhaust all my benefits on two insurance policy's one being a PPO policy. I was in the process of moving jobs and the Dr. wanted to get all that he could out of my PPO policy before I switched company's. The icing on the cake was they charged me thousands of dollars on top of that. I had partials made that never fit and I would go in a couple times a week to complain. I had blisters all over my gums and I was just being told that I would get use to them eventually . I never did. All this office did was keep charging my credit card. I finished paying what I owed them on a totally inflated bill . What could I do they had my credit card number. Jackie then called and said I owed them another thousand dollars and they tried charging my credit card over and over . My bank shut my card off in fear there was potential fraud . I then canceled my credit card and was issued another card from my bank. I was then called by Jackie on the average of 5 times a day. She said she would ruin my credit if I did not pay the outstanding bill. They never offered to fix the Inferior dental work that was done or finish what was not completed correctly. I was never allowed to speak with the Dr. to express my concerns . She would just hank up the phone after Threatening to ruin my credit. Jackie is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. I have made formal complaints to the State of California and to my two dental insurance company's. My advise is to avoid this business completely and find a dentist that does not allow his practice to be run like a used car lot. I am contemplating taking legal action.

Dr. Tellissi and his staff have been great to me and my family. I've been to dentist before, but none can compare to Dr. Tellissi, he has made me comfortable from day 1. I travel 2 hours to see him and its well worth it.

Dr. Tellissi and his staff have been great to me and my family. I've been to dentist before, but none can compare to Dr. Tellissi, he has made me comfortable from day 1. I travel 2 hours to see him and its well worth it.

Dr. Tellissi and his staff are professional and straight forward. Jackie took my X rays quickly and soon afterwards Dr. Tellissi introduced himself. Dr explained my treatment and answered all my questions I had. My insurance covered most of my treatment and Jackie clearly explained everything else. I am very excited to start working on my smile! I highly recommend this professional team of experts. Thank you!

While I was on vacation and my son was watching our home, he had a dental emergency. This office has never seen my family and the dentist called me back on a Saturday morning and say my son the same day. He was amazing provided outstanding, caring, professional dentistry to my son. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work.

Dr Tellissi is the BEST! I have gone to a few other dentists in my 62 years and none have compared to his level of proficiency. He is also very positive and enjoyable to be around.. My treatments have ranged from a simple cleaning to a tooth implant. Satisfaction guaranteed. Thanks, Kim Pam Desert
