Today Dr Quintana saved a tooth that another dentist said could not be saved. There was no pain whatsoever and the thing that blew me away was at about 7:30 pm Dr Quintana called me to check on me to see how I was doing. I have never had a dentist call to check on me. He now has a new satisfied patient!

I have been coming to this office for years and all I have had are problems. I stayed bc I don't know where else to go and I have a lot of family and friends that come here but after the experience I had this past week I'll never come back. The front desk staff is very unprofessional. They constantly get my quotes wrong and I receive letters in the mail that I owe money when I pay upfront. I've been told I will be covered then when I show up to my appointment they tell me "oh I'm sorry your insurance won't cover this" after I just got my procedure done and it ends up costing an arm and a leg. They tell you that they will call you back and they literally NEVER do. The girl Natasha at the front called me while at work and didn't leave a message then when I call back the day of my appointment she says "I called and left a voicemail" and when I explain to her that I never received a voicemail and that I cannot change my appointment and that I need it to be done the day I was schedule, which it was weeks in advance after rescheduling my appointment twice before, she begins to raise her voice and give me an attitude. People have lives and we matter too it is very unprofessional to be changing appointments last minute especially for people who need the work done and have been waiting for over a month. I would think twice before coming here and save yourself the headache.

Dr Quintana"s professionalism, caring attitude, politeness and knowledge are second to none! He brought me through a very difficult time and genuinely helped me when I had gotten ripped off by a quack dentist. Dr Quintana had been my dentist for over 12 years and I've never had a canceled appointment by him or any hygienist, a rude employee, or any poor experience there, ever! He always call to see if you're okay after the procedure and is so very considerate of everyone. If you need a dentist who care for his patients and visibly exudes leAdership amongst his staff, go to him. Oh! And his shots don't hurt! Not even joking!

I'm a new patient. I had an appointment to prep for 2 crowns. Everything went as expected, booked the follow up and I thought all was well. Dr. Quintana called me that night to see how I was doing. Wow! I've never had a dentist call me to see how I was doing. Dr. Q is super!

Dr. Quintana is an amazing dentist. He has helped me so incredibly well. He is very professional, not only with clients but I observed as much with his employees. He is so polite and makes you feel very comfortable while he is working on you dental needs. I am very grateful for what he has done for my smile and quality of life that goes along with a healthy mouth. Dr. Quintana even calls after hours to check up on you to make sure that you are doing ok. I will never want to go to another dentist EVER! Thank you Dr. Quintana and staff. Mary Martinez

I have been going to Dr Quintana for over 30 years he is very caring always shows concern he does follow up calls after your appointment the same day. Always get you in when you have an emergency call. I do agree there had been lots of changes with his staffing..some very good and some not so customer friendly. But today there was 2 very friendly associates. I feel very good about his work. Thank you. Dr Quintana you are very appreciated.

Dr. Q is the best. Rock steady they call him. He calls all his patients personally to be sure you are fine. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Make your appointments soon because there is always a wait.

This place does horrible business do not go here i just got a debt collection letter from over two years ago and the last time i was there i had a $0.00 balance never received a bill for this and all the sudden i get a collection letter for $630.35

He may be ok but at all costs avoid being sent to his daughter!!!!! Alicia Quintana is Beyond horrible! 1st time I went in just to get my teeth cleaned and was there for 3 hours! Second time the lady cleaning my teeth misses whole upper right side and dentist doesn't even bother to check my teeth beyond the two I complained about. She looks at them at walks out. Also beware they are horrible about making contact with insurance expect other Bill's to pop up beyond what they tell you. They will nickle and dime you for every tiny thing. So BEWARE!!!!!!

When I have a set appointment time I always end up having to wait an extra thirty minutes this happens pretty frequently pretty rude to make your patients wait this long if you ask me

Dr Quintana is the best! He was my husbands childhood dentist. Unfortunately his staff are ruining his practice. in the last 7+ years we have not had one appointment not be rescheduled at the last second with the exact same excuse..."the hygienist is on vacation" I have spoken to my hygienist and was told that they report there leave months in advance. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new dentist due to this problem. I was the last one in the family sticking it out hoping it gets better...so sad

Heather is amazing!!! I love this place. I had missed cleanings and had some awful stuck on gunk. She got it off with minimal pain. My teeth feel so much better. Thank you very much. The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful.
