I had an appointment for cleaning, first time with this dentist. I waited for an hour before she finally came to attend to me. I complained about waiting for an hour and she replied, "when you go to the doctor you have to wait!" seriously? and to make matter worse she said I don't have to treat you if you don't want me. I LEFT, beware all the positive ratings must be fake. The rooms looks clean except that the blinds on her windows are broken and the blinds are undersize for the window, no privacy because her offices are adjourned to a private house. Forewarned is Forearmed.

Met Dr Naghavi a few years ago and could not be happier . Her personality is that of a very humble person, she shows great expertise in what she does. And is very proffessional. As well as her staff including her secretary. Glad We found her.

I have not had any experience other than that lady at the front desk giving me and my family a tone of hostility , we were there in urgency and had questions and what we received was attitude and straightforward bland responses. We were also kicked out because they had " more patients coming" when they're were multiple seats open. People deserve to be treated as everyone else: As soon as what I deem regular walked in , guessing this because of the greeting , she greeted this person very different than my family and i . Jobs like that require equal , kind communication and relation skills and I feel and know my family and I did not receive that from this lady. I don't know how Other staff are bedsides this lady so I can only rate off of my experience with the front desk lady. Also was given Attitude because I had a face mask on for precautions with the corona. I feel judged not only because of attire but because of my race too. She could've spoken to us more civilized and helped us with calamity as someone with emotional intellect and sympathy/empathy would've realized the pain my family member was in. Now I will stop expressing and hope this is read. Have a great day , stay safe and clean

Great dentist!! Highly recommend!! I got an appointment within a few days. Office is clean. Wonderful staff. Dr. Naghavi is amazingly gentle.

Great dentist! Came across when I had an emergency and I'm sure glad I did. Very kind, courteous, professional, and has great tools and technology for all sorts of work. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
