Front desk receptionist is a total joke. Absolutely disrespectful. Such a trash attitude. Good luck getting patients. I will NEVER return here ever again.

I needed urgent dental care. I was given a quick booking and great costumer service. The doctor is competent and has great bedside manners. The staff members are kind and helpful. I don't like visiting the dentist, but I will be going back to this doctor for upkeep and care.

First of all the receptionist who was hard to understand.. hung up on me after I asked him to explain why I needed to provide him with my address.! Secondly, when I called back I asked to speak to a manager.. I was informed that he was the owner.. so if that's the case you should understand why I'm now even more hesitant to share my address with someone who is so rude. If he's the owner why does he answer the phone? Since when do actual dentist not have receptionists? N I've never in all the years I've been alive been asked to give my address to make a dentist appt.. I give all that info when I come in.. so who is this owner who has his own set of rules and answers his own phones.. I'm not sure but I will be reporting you buddy.

She pulled out all my top teeth, stitched them up, said she was done but THEN did an xray while I was still stitched and bleeding because "she thought there was an extra piece of tooth that she left in there." So, she undid all my stitches and basically used what looked like a little ice cream scooper and ripped back all the way through all the stitches she had put in.... she did a second xray because she she left an extra tooth in there and guess what? There was nothing in there.

My husband went for his first appt with her. She was really ruff with cleaning his teeth. She has very poor bed side manner. It doesn't matter if u have state insurance or its through ur job. Everyone should b treated the same. I was gonna schedule me and appt with her. But after I saw how my husband was treated she will never get my service. Nor will I recommend anyone to her.

From the Eastern Shore and couldn't find an oral surgeon or even a dentist that accepted my insurance AmeriGroup. Spoke with Dr. Awofolu who said she did and made an appointment. Went to office on November 27, 2018 and had 5 abscess teeth removed. I could not get an appointment anywhere even if I were to pay out of pocket. She was wonderful and quite painless. I would refer her to anyone and she has seen me for follow up and even referred me to a good place for a partial. Thank you Dr. Omoteniola Awofolu and your staff.

Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to. She's so gentle with everything she does. She actually cares for the patients wellbeing and takes the extra mile to make sure that her patients don't feel any pain.

I drove 45 minutes here because I was told over the phone that my insurance was accepted. After an hour and a half wait and a $25 copay I was finally told (in the chair) that I would need to pay the full price for an x-ray that was needed and two wisdom teeth extractions, mind you I have Maryland Medicaid. It was as if I had no insurance and when I asked why I would need to pay for an x-ray I was told "you only get one x-ray covered for every 3 years unless you are under 20" (again, I have Medicaid. I shouldn't have to pay anywhere near the full amount of $750+). I also had to pay the $25 for review of my x-rays for 2 minutes. Horrible experience, horribly handled. Very low on staff from what I saw as well.
