Dr. Omid Termechi is a leading practitioner, educator and innovator in implant dentistry. With offices in Astoria, Queens and Lawrence, New York (Long Island), he provides the full range of general, implant and cosmetic dentistry services. Both offices are equipped with state-of-the-art dental chairs and technology such as low-radiation X-Rays and 3D CT scanners. Using minimally invasive pain-free procedures, Dr. Termechi restores smiles and works closely with his patients to help them maintain their dental health.
Dr. Termechi received his D.D.S from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1998. He completed General Practice Residency programs at the Interfaith Medical Center and at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, both in Brooklyn, NY. He also completed a two-year, full-time Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Termechi is an Attending at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, Department of Oral Implantology and Biomaterials. He is an Assistant Professor at the Implant Department of New York University College of Dentistry. He was an ADA CELL Seminar Series Lecturer from 2005 to 2015.
Dr. Termechi has achieved an Associate Fellowship status in The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) as well as Fellowship and a Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).

I went to four dentists looking for someone trustworthy who would do a good job on a removal and an implant on my front tooth. Dr. Termechi is as professional as it gets, he wants your tooth to look as amazing as possible. Saw him for countless visits over 18 months working on my tooth. I needed a very quick first visit as my tooth was basically falling out and they were able to accommodate me. They are flexible with scheduling and treat you right. Most importantly my implant and gums look phenomenal!

My experience at this office specifically with Dr. Termechi was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He explained everything and the best way to approach the problem and address the issue. Couldnt be happier with the results.

Dr. Termechi is amazing. I am a very frequent flyer at his office and every single time he treats me with utmost professionalism and always has my best interests in mind. Eventhough my case is complex it doesn't phase him and dr termechi is always ready for the challenge and comes through with flying colors. It means so much that when I have to go through very complex procedures due to other medical issues, that dr termechi shows so much compassion and really cares. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a true professional in the field

Dr. Termechi has great hands. I am particularly sensitive with dentist visits and He is very in tune with your comfort and is very disciplined to do a clean job with minimal discomfort after the visit. My whole family uses him now......

I had really bad experiences with the dentist as a child, but when I started to go to Dr Termechi all my worries went away! My teeth are in horrible shape, but he does a great job of fixing them. I got my second root canal from him recently, and he was very gentle, and regularly checked on how comfortable I was or if I was in any pain. He is very conscious of how his patients are feeling mid-operation. The first time I went to see him I was terrified, to the point I was in tears just from trying to open my mouth enough for him to look inside. Going to him these days, I feel comfortable enough for him to fit both hands and a car full of clowns in my mouth with little to no worry. I'm sure he'd even tie my tongue into a balloon animal if I asked nicely. I'm glad he's my dentist, and I trust him with the health of my teeth.

Highly recommend! Had a very pleasant experience. They all go above & beyond especially Dr Termechi he's very calming, gentle & considerate. He's thorough informative & lets you know every step of the way what's going on. Great bedside manner as well. There are no surprises. His dental assistant Pierre I can't say enough good things about he goes the extra mile to make sure you feel at ease & comfortable. I was a new patient of Dr. Termechi since last summer, who I found online searching for a best implant dentist in Astoria. I have had an amazing experience in his office. The best place to go! Dr. Termechi is very knowledgeable and professional, extremely skilled. I had 3 implants made from him in about an hour and no pain afterwards! Dr. Termechi thoroughly explained the whole process and gave me the best advice what could be done best in my case. He has a very gentle personality and makes you feel comfortable and secure in his hands. His hands are magic truly! No pain during the procedures and after. Unbelievable! His staff are also great.
