Since starting practice in 2002, I continue to practice the the principle of conservation of tooth structure instilled during my graduate studies at Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine. To this day, conservative diagnosis and minimal tooth structure removal is my tradition for maintaining optimal function and aesthetics.

Dr. Farahmand has been practicing dentistry since 2002, offering high-quality aesthetic, general and cosmetic dentistry to patients throughout the Los Angeles area. Born and raised in Monterey, California, he moved to L.A. in his early teens and has lived here ever since.
He holds an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Committed to maintaining on the leading edge of dental practice, Dr. Farahmand continues to participate in advanced continuing education courses in a variety of practice areas, including implant, cosmetic, periodontal and endodontic dentistry, among others.

Dr. Farahmand and his staff are excellent. I have had a crown placement, cleaning, and cavity fillings done here and have been more than satisfied with the results each visit. Dr. Farahmand is so knowledgeable about his patient's needs and does a great job addressing any of my questions. The staff here are all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I am glad to have found them to help me keep my dental health in check.

It's so sad that Doctor Omid has lost our business. He is a very nice doctor but Cindy the supposed supervisor and receptionist is the worst person to ever work in a customer service position ever! Extremely rude, belligerent, unkind, unpleasant and has the most disgusting attitude I've ever encountered. The three times I have encountered her have been unpleasant and my wife's experience was the icing on the cake. She was referred to another office for a root canal and while there attempted to get the pertaining documents to the exam Doctor Omids office performed. Cindy lashed out telling my wife to give the documents herself. How could she? We don't work at that office. The exchange was so nasty that it brought my wife to tears. Unfortunately my wife needed to come back in order to schedule her follow up. My wife being forgiving and always open to give another chance was again attacked by Cindy. We attempted to call the north Hollywood office and to our great surprise, Cindy is also the receptionist. She hung up on me right away. What an absolutely unprofessional company. Doctor Omids office is in the business of helping people and serving people not the other way around. If Cindy is the face of this company then we will make sure to let our family and friends from the Arcadia area make sure to stay away. I would never put something so delicate as my family's health in the hands of someone so nasty. Not only was Cindy extremely belligerent but when we said we'd leave a bad review she laughed it off and said go for it. To make matters worse Dr. Omid requested a call from us to clear the air of the incident and surprisingly took her side and told us we were just misunderstanding the info Cindy was trying to relay. He said he didn't want to get into the he said she said. But there was no he said she said. She was just blatantly belligerent. I would never want my health or money in the hands of a office so careless about the people they are supposed to care for. My wife had two root canals done and now we have to find another office to do the fillings. Dr. Omid did say we could come back but that would be extremely uncomfortable being as Cindy is the first and last person you deal with there. And Dr Omid is the one performing work on you. Additionally this office inflates the amount of work that needs to be done. My family has good oral health yet we were told at an earlier visit we needed 8k in work and almost all previous work done by our previous dentist needed to be redone. I would highly recommend finding another dentist.

Cindy the receptionist at this office is so RUDE and very unprofessional. I called on Wednesday for follow up with Dr Omid and she couldn't even help me cause she said the system was down and I asked her how long it would take and she told me it would take like a week and half and I said why is going to take so long and she answered super nasty . She immediately started arguing with me. I'm not sure why she was so angry but I definitely would not recommend this office , Arcadia has more professional dental offices . They don't care about the patients and plus when you are a new patient .

I had a bad experience of hidden charges that they never mentioned except after around 2 years. This doesn't make any sense. I should have known earlier. Other than that, the service is good and Dr Omid is a good dentist.

Love the services here - Dr. Omid really knows what he's doing, and Jessica (dental hygienist) is one of the best hygienists I've ever come across. I had the opportunity to switch my dental insurance with my new job, but after finding out this office isn't covered by the new plan I stuck with my old plan to continue coming here. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new board-certified dentist!

Only open two days a week without any availability (booked out for more than a month). If you are looking for urgent care, this is probably not the place to go.

My first experience in this office was wonderful, Dr. Farahmand was very kind and knowledgeable and the staff were very friendly and helpful and also their office is very nice. Base on all things considered I recommend this dental office for any dental issues you might have.

Great care. I came in to redo a crown. The dental assistant Gloria is wonderful. She was friendly and cheerful. Dentist was nice and accommodated the crown replacement.

My experience with Dr Omid Farahmand was so positive, he was so gentle and explained what he was doing the whole appointment. Cindy who works the front and back office is amazing! My visit to this office has changed my whole perspective on visiting the Dentist.

Whoever works at the front desk is the most rude money hungry, unprofessional person I've ever spoke too.this lady was threading me saying she was going to take my money and not reschedule me because I was sick! I understand you need to call in advance but when you have a positive COViD result she said too bad, we are keeping the money. Literally the most rudest person I've ever spoke to! I can not believe the attitude and the words that came out of her mouth! Literally this woman should be fired! Don't come here don't wasted your time for fascist, uncaring, Drs office.

I have been going to Dr Farahmands dental office for a couple of years now. Best way to describe their services would be freindly, courteous and professional. Dr. Omid is one of the top dentists in the area and I can assure you that he will give you a step by step explanation on what he will perform on you. He gave me several options when I needed major work done and I am currently in the middle of it. I recenlty had a broken tooth removed and I did not feel a thing. I highly recommend his office. Give them a call and they will take care of you.

I started going to Dr. Farahmand a few years ago for my regular cleanings, and was always super satisfied with the experience from both the staff and the cleaning. Earlier this summer I finally decided to make the leap and begin the process of veneers for three front teeth I was always self conscience about. Going into this I knew next to nothing about the veneers process, and Dr. Farahmand and his staff were extremely informative from the start regarding each step and I felt I was in excellent hands. I could not be more pleased with my results, and I now get compliments regularly about my teeth, which is such a change from something I was so insecure about just a couple of months ago. I highly recommend going to Dr. Farahmand. His staff is incredibly professional and welcoming every time I am in office, and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Took my daughter to see the dentist today, could not have found a better place to take her. From the moment we walked into the office, Cindy the receptionist/office manager is angel among Angels. Gloria, was so very kind and very patient with my daughter who has a fear of dentist. The doctor, Dr. Farahmand, was amazing in the way he spoke with her, explaining everything that needed to be done. He was so patient and gentle in speaking with her. Making her feel comfortable, and reassuring her that her fears were normal. Cindy, was so concerned about my daughter's welfare, that after the initial consultation, seeing my daughter visually afraid of the dentist, took the time to come and speak to my daughter with so much compassion and empathy. It was amazing. Highly recommended you changing your dentist to Dr. Farahmand!!!
