Front desk Victoria is awful and should be fired for improper behavior. The doctor looses clients because of her behavior and the way she treats people. I will make sure that all my friends avoid this place at all costs.

Since me and my wife moved to Philadelphia from NY several years ago, we were looking for good dentist, the one we can trust. We tried a few but were not satisfied. Finally we found dentist that we really like from the first visit. You can decide if a dentist is good or not by the work done. My wife and I both had a major dental work done and we are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this office.

CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS... I had my root canal done, wasn't done properly and I had continuous pain for 3 days when called the office I was simply told this is normal, I tried to explain that the pain is extreme that I even wasn't able to sleep past 3 days. Had to see another dentist as They refused to take me in on the 3rd day as they were booked.. even though I mentioned this is an emergency... WOW!!! Had another office open up the tooth and complete the work that was supposed to be done in the first place.. Then I received the phone call from them, explained them that your doctor failed to extract the tooth root properly and I had to seek help elsewhere in the response the lady immediately started screaming at me over the phone.. WOW!! On top of this, I have also gotten tooth infection after the visit which resulted in left cheek swelling almost covering up my left eye!!! yes, it was bad.. many days in severe pain, 5 days missed from work and I got yelled at by them!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! Let me add this too. When it comes down to payment, they make a huge deal If you pay with card and tell you straight forward If you pay with cash they can work on the price. That's exactly what I was told. This place must be avoiding paying taxes!! Please don't fall into this trap and I am sure there are many other clinics that actually stand behind their work and their clients. Unfortunately, this place just cares about your "CASH" as that's what they prefer to avoid taxation!

Also, she sent me to another doctor ( not mine) in their office to make root canal and she did not make it properly. So I was in pain for 5 weeks until they have availabile time for me. Noone ever say even sorry. Never had such bad experience with medical office in USA before.

I have had my tooth treated by Dr. Irina while ego and today sent my family member to her office, she is best as always, staff very friendly. I don't know what are the other officeses rates these days, but we are vary greatfull for the cost we paid to be seen here. Highly recomended
