Dr. Ramirez is a wonderful, caring and all around amazing dentist that I have come to respect and admire. She answers all your questions upfront, communicates well, and genuinely cares for your overall comfort and well being. I had crown work performed today by Dr. Ramirez and will tell you she went out of her way to make this procedure as comfortable as possible for me, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Ramirez, in my opinion, sets the standard by which all dentists are measured.

I went here because Dr. Ramirez was supposed to be a preferred provider. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket because I am 100% covered. Well, that wasn't the case! She charged double what my insurance will pay. What is the point of going to a preferred provider. Don't go here ... she will scam you!
