Dr. Hamidi is a dental specialist whose passion is to help people smile. Dr. Hamidi is proud to be a periodontist, a dental specialist with expertise in dental implants, the management of gum disease and periodontal plastic surgery.Dr. Hamidi obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2007. Afterwards, he completed a 3-year surgical residency in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of North Carolina. (UNC) During his surgical residency, he learned advanced techniques in both non-surgical and surgical Periodontology such as Periodontal Plastic Surgery (gum grafting), Laser Periodontics, complex bone grafting, dental implants, and other specialty surgeries related to the gums and bone around the teeth.While in residency, Dr. Hamidi also completed his masters in public health with emphasis on Health Policy and Management from UNC. Shortly after completing his residency program, Dr. Hamidi became Board-Certified, a distinction only a handful of surgeons achieve and maintain. While actively expanding his practice, Dr. Hamidi also teaches as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Dentistry, since he truly enjoys collaborating with the surgical residents-in-training on their challenging cases.My goal is to provide you with exceptional patient care in an environment equipped with the most clinically cutting-edge diagnostic and clinical care. ABSOLUTELY GREAT, I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years because of the really bad experience I had but my daughter seen Dr. Patel and said they are wonderful I was l little weary but as soon as I walked in they were absolutely wonderful, they were sweet and made you feel at ease, its because they truly care for you. Dr. Patel said I need my 4 wisdom teeth out and another tooth that was bad. I was so terrified because you hear horror stories about the pain and I am truly a big baby when it comes to pain. But I had them removed YES ALL 5 at one time and believe me when I say I had very little pain and that was only from the numbing shot. After the procedure I only had a little discomfort but no pain. Can you believe that NO PAIN. I would completely recommend them. They are professional and humble, they are just great people and their work is just AMAZING. I GIVE THEM AN A+++++++++++

Well, the first 2 hygienists were great but the recent one does not do the cleaning very nicely. Plus, this office is all about money and their policies are money-oriented and there is no customer service. This is probably first medical office I've seen where you pay 50% of the treatment fee in advance at the time of scheduling the appointment. Not just that, you have to pay ridiculous fees to get a copy of the x-rays for which you have already paid. I also checked the date of expiry on all the items in the so-called "gift-kit" and most of them were expired by atleast 6 months. I'm going to a new dentist now and feel so relaxed from the harassment of arguing over the payment of 50% advance every time. I would never recommend this place unless you want to abide by their outdated financial policies.
