Quoted frequently by television, radio, and print media, Dr. Toledo is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Ibero-American Academy of Functional Orthopedics.
During her 33 years in the dental profession, she has held many academic and administrative positions, including Professor and Chair of the Pediatric Dentistry Department at Nova Southeastern University, Director of the Pediatric Dentistry Post-Doctoral Residency Program at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, Chief of Dental Services at the San Jorge Children's Hospital in San Juan, PR, and Professor and Chair of the University of Puerto Rico Dental Department.
